Pernia's Pop-Up Shop Reviews 

I was very happy with my experience with Pernia’s. There is a wide selection, delivery with UPS was convenient, and the purchases were exactly as ordered and fit well. The customer service is outstanding. I was contacted via WhatsApp as I made the order with support and instructions throughout delivery. Thank you to Henry Jackson D’Souza for the end to end help. I will order from Pernia’s again and highly recommend ordering from here.

This has to be the worst shopping experience for me ever! If I could give them a zero, I would. This company will take your money, and then refuse to return it, even when the error is their mistake!

They sent me an invoice for payment for a product I had requested, with the amount that was listed on their site.
I paid the amount, only to then realize that it was in the wrong currency! That too not through them, i learned that through my own credit card portal.
The invoice or their chat member never mentioned that the payment would be in the currency they charged me in!
I reach out to them, asking for the money to be refunded due to the mistake on their end.
They drag the whole process,first saying that they can give me store credit, mind you, for their own error, then saying that they need certain amount time to process the refund, but never actually process it . Since that time they have never sent me the confirmation of the process or the corrected invoice. I am still trying get my money back!
They lie and give you standard responses, but they do nothing to help! Its a headache and hassle I did not sign up for.

Honestly, if anyone can do without shopping with them, PLEASE AVOID THEM!

In response to your reply, you still haven't said anything about what you are going to about this. Your company still hasn't processed a refund. Are you just going to keep my money?

Very poor customer service services, they didn’t deliver the product on time. They have hidden charges, they don’t notify you during purchase about the charges. Never suggested

Avinash is extremely proactive, friendly and super helpful. Made me love Pernia's popup as even more.

Vijay was very polite and helpful in communicating with me.

I had a very good experience with Pernia Pop Up store. Samad was very helpful with queries n custom size ghagra .Assisted me and replied to my messages promptly .he made sure that it was the exact same color as I ordered. I received my parcel on time from India .

Very happy with my experience with Pernia's Pop-Up Shop.

I was working against a tight timeline for an upcoming event and had several questions regarding shipping and delivery. Samad handled the situation exceptionally well. He took the time to get on a call, explain the status of my order, address my concerns, and personally follow up until the shipment was dispatched.

His communication, professionalism, and willingness to help gave me confidence that my order was being prioritized. Thank you, Samad, for the excellent customer service and support throughout the process.

The team are really helpful at the start (since they want you to buy something) but when I got my order and it came with loose threads, scuff marks and bad sewing, their behaviour switched and we're very reluctant to offer me any resolution like an exchange or return. They said it passed quality checks but it obviously was made terribly and did not look anything like the image online. I had to raise a dispute because they kept giving me delayed responses.

Henry has been prompt and super helpful in rescheduling my appointment. Looking forward to visiting the store soon!

Hritik and his team has helped me a lot. I got shitt scared when i received only one item from my order of a full set, but this guy called me ots and tracked everything in minutes and helped me by the delivery of remaining products the same day. 5 stars to him and abviouslu to pernias quality check the fit was awesome

My order to Pernia was a bit tight to the date I wanted it for .But they pulled out all the stops for me to ensure the outfit reached me on time for my birthday event.Special thanks goes to Jigar Doshi who kept me calm during my panic about receiving the item on time.He was polite abd very accommodating and assured me that the item will reach me on time. He kept me informed and upto date with dispatch and tracking of my item .I am so happy and excited to wear my outfit on the big day .Thank you Jigar your customer care was amazing,thank you pernia for making it happen and for the beautiful outfit.

I would like to share that Pernia Shop has excellent customer service. Vishakha was extremely helpful and responsive to my queries in a timely manner. She was proactive, kind, and very supportive throughout.

I ordered 3 outfits over a month ago and got told they would be here on time .. my functions are this weekend and I get told today that they are only shipping them this week .. totally disappointing and I know I will NEVER order anything from them again… am even more worried that what they have sent will not be ok especially if they are so unreliable !! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered a necklace set for my engagement party and it said that the necklace set was going to ship at a date close to my event. I reached out to Pernia’s Pop Up customer service and Henry D’Souza was extremely helpful. He got my necklace set expedited to me and was very communicative. Great service!

Shonny Singh was very helpful in coordinating with team to help lengthen blouse that was originally too short

there was some confusion with product pick up/ dropping off to ship back to Pernia, but it was resolved with the help of Shonny

I had some issues with purchasing on the online website, but they processed my order via WhatsApp with fantastic service. I received the item I purchased today and it’s fantastic. Excellent quality, shipping time and customer service. I have made several purchases from Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and I’ve had a great experience each time.
