The quality looked good, the location in Scotland, what could go wrong. The Item is low quality Chinese junk, not what I paid for and there was no return label with the order like the website said there would be. I emailed, they said I have to pay to return the item to China!!

This is a scam company out of china. The website is a .com, the phone number is UK (it is fake, when you dile it there is no ring), and the physical address in Glasgow!
I ordered the large knee brace shown on the site, what was received is nothing similar. I received cheap made in China rubbish 2 inches smaller than the smallest size offered on the site! The site says that a return shipping label is shipped with the purchase, it wasn't I have been messaging them for a month to send this Item back and get a full refund.
