Spent ¥45,700…received no product

Spent ¥45,700 on an item on November 15th. Nothing had arrived by Dec 21st. (Order no. 10905)

After contacting support, i recieved an answer only one week later saying to wait.

It's January 18th, still no package. I've requested a refund but getting ghosted.

Pretty sure this is an outright scam. Absolutely avoid this company, they f**king stole my money.

don't order anything through perplex!!!!

I would advise everyone not to buy from Perplex. I ordered an expensive product a month and a half ago and only received it after two and a half weeks. The product turned out to be too small, so I tried to return it within the stated return period, and they refused to accept it. They also don't respond to emails. The only way to contact them is by email, and they don't respond to that.

Received nothing!!

I placed an order on June 13th and still haven't received any shipping information. Shipping was supposed to take at max 7 days. I emailed customer service twice, but I haven't received a response. Do not order!

Customer support is terrible

I asked about help with size and I was basically told ot take a hike becaue guy can't help me online. I wrote my height and body structure and just kindly asked about sizing. They have a sizing quiz and model height with model size wearing. I got XXL on quiz but model was 193 cm (I am 187) and was wearing L. So I was confused and wanted to ask. But Lennart simply didn't want to spend any time helping me. So yea, not see you tomorrow

Expensive drop shippers

Was a nice Company once now it's just drop shipping. Massively overpriced for the shipping experience they provide. Would avoid.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. Just to clarify: we are not a drop shipping company. All our products are designed in-house and shipped directly from Germany.

If shipping takes longer to destinations like the US or overseas, that’s due to the carriers and customs ,not because of drop shipping.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Waited a month to receive parcel, fitting wasn’t right so tried to return. Told that I had to pay £25 myself to UPS to return parcel. This took another month to reach them and was advised by UPS that they were unable to deliver parcel to Perplex. Hoodie was then returned back to me. Now I’m being told that I must pay ANOTHER £25 to return the parcel back again and they will not cover any form of shipping, even though they admitted it was their mistake. Offered me €30 off next order but will not be buying from them again. Do not recommend

Over 5 months waiting to no avail.

Numerous emails sent due to 5 month waiting time. No response. Received an invoice in German, I’m from the UK, and that was all the commutation I had. Returned by UPS due to them failing to write my address right. Horrendous service won’t be buying here again.

we’re sorry to hear about your experience with the return process. At that time, we were transitioning our warehouse operations to a new fulfillment center, which unfortunately made returns more complicated and slower than usual.

This issue has since been solved, we now have a dedicated returns portal on our website that makes returns much easier and faster.

Amazing quality

Their sweats are a game-changer. The fabric is super soft and high-quality, with a perfect fit that stays great even after washing. Plus, the shipping was super fast. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

The quality of the „Armour Hoodies“ is outstanding.
Everybody is asking me where I got it from.

I’m very happy with this brand



I’m very happy with this brand! The clothes have a beautiful design and are both stylish and comfortable. The quality is great, and the materials feel very nice to wear.

The fit is perfect, and everything looks just like in the pictures. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was friendly and helpful.

I can really recommend this brand to anyone who loves modern and well-made fashion!

Avoid

Ordered on 23/09/24. Still haven’t received items. When emailed they always say “ Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order. Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday period, we are currently experiencing a temporary shipping backlog.
Please rest assured that your order will be shipped as soon as possible, and we anticipate that all delayed orders, including yours, will be dispatched by the end of this week.”

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. After waiting nearly two months for my order, which I received from filing a complaint on Klarna, who looked into it for me, as I paid through them. I changed my mind and no longer wanted the tracksuit anymore.
I had to email the support team for a return, but heard nothing after multiple emails. I also DMd them on instagram but also heard nothing. They state you have 14days for a return but they obviously know what they’re doing. I’m £200 out of pocket and with a Tracky I don’t want.

Unprofessional, overdue and smelt of smoke!

I ordered a tracksuit from Perplex… it came over a month later than stated on their website. I emailed customer services multiple times, in which the first two times I was replied to with empty promises of them saying my order would be shipped out soon. When I realised it wasn’t, I emailed again a few more times but received no response. When the tracksuit finally came, the hoodie smelt like smoke - clearly not new. I have emailed again in order to get an exchange for the hoodie, however, I YET AGAIN haven’t got a response back. I have also now seen other customers on their instagram page @perplexde claiming that they’re still waiting for their order which is over 2 months late. The tracksuit is good quality but the zip up hoodie is very oversized. Not a professional company at all so much so to get the order shipped I had to contact my bank as I thought I was scammed! Not worth the worry or hassle… still awaiting a reply!
