Poor customer service and quality control
Recently ordered a "try me set" after a Daily Mail marketing campaign. Two items out four arrived...the 2 smallest items in a large box with wasteful packaging. I contacted the company who offered a goodwill gesture of £15 (the set cost £50 supposedly woth a value of £147, although I did get an extra 20% off due to campaign). I paid £3.25 postage so this is an insult! The items were individual, not packaged as a "set", yet the reply stated as the items sold as a set they could not send out the 2 missing items! Yet they sent 2 that they obviously had in stock! I suspect that they ran out of the "try me" set and took a chance by sending out packages with missing items, hoping that customers just accept a poorly calculated refund (not a good will gesture!).
I spend a small fortune on cosmetics and facial products but I wont be using this company.
Do not recommend.

The mystery box was supposed to include…
The mystery box was supposed to include 5 products but actually contains 4 products and a comb - A comb isn't an actual product as it's an accessory, so I was left feeling disappointed. Also, products were supposed to come to £193, but that's full price, and most of them are on offer at a reduced price, so it's not £193 of value at current prices - it's actually £ 119.8 worth of product plus a very overpriced comb at £15.
