Fantastic syncing of accounts across…
Fantastic syncing of accounts across the board. Must work on syncing crypto accounts (Coinbase, Celsius, Kraken, etc.) and do a better job of syncing with US Government accounts (TSP, namely).

Personal Capital is my one stop shop…
Personal Capital is my one stop shop for managing finances! Consolidating reporting for all my accounts across multiple platforms and providing me the ability to see my portfolio as a whole but also drill down when I want to. Its been so helpful and easy to use that I have even been able to convince my wife to use it!
My favorite all in one tool
My favorite all in one place tool that helps me manage my accounts in a clear and concise way!
Great interface, still buggy connecting acounts
I like the platform and the tools available but the issues with connecting some of my accounts has been a pain. Overall, it’s cleaner and easier to use than the now ad infected Mint.
Personal capital is just great
Personal capital is just great. I use both mint and personal cap and I find that both have their use cases for tracking personal financial accounts. Personal cap has much more powerful tools for examining the investment products that I own. The longer that you use it, the more helpful it becomes by incorporating trends and more historical account data.
Terrible transaction categorization
The only thing that Personal Capital struggles with is categorizing transactions. It is actually quite terrible and when you change a single manually categorization there is no option to apply it to all other transactions with that name. Mint is much better here.

I like it for keeping track of where…
I like it for keeping track of where all my investments and cash is, and measuring my net worth. But I'm still waiting and hoping for you guys to implement the ability to link crypto currency wallets. I have many manual banks that I have to manually go through and adjust the balances of my crypto. As well as my Spend and Borrow accounts with M1 Finance. I also can't measure the allocation of my crypto relative to the rest of my overall portfolio without doing it by hand. It's not really a big deal for me but I would have given you guys 5 stars if you had this feature. Thanks for making it free though I really appreciate that.

Great product
Great product! Tracking my net worth is an invaluable tool.
This is a great tool and their customer…
This is a great tool and their customer support is helpful.
Great concept poor execution
Great concept, with horrible software and a bad attitude. Support is worthless, once an account is opened they have your information, and you cant close it. The site is down more than it is working. Just stay away from them you will be better off.

Excellent Financial Aggregation Dashboard
Personal Capital has been an excellent financial dashboard for me. I have had issues in the past sometimes connection to my banks as they were beginning to add 2 factor authentication but after reaching out to Personal Capital's support team they had everything connected again before I even noticed. I can say without the crystal clear picture I get from Personal Capital I wouldn't be as confident with my personal finance as I am now.
Helps me seamlessly know where I stand
Helps me seamlessly know where I stand. Cash Flow chart is great. Helps my understand how things are trending.
Best I've found to trend my investment porfolio.
This has everything you want to analyze your financial position. The only thing I wish for was better integration to address sites that require 2-factor authentication. You have to constantly update those feeds to update your transaction history.
Be in the know!
It took me a little bit before I fully adopted the app, my own problem, but once I did I’m happy with the results. PersonalCap gives me visibility into all of my financial accounts including retirement savings, assets, bank accounts and so on. Give it a try, download and start syncing your accounts.
Great app
Great app, helps tremendously with budget and retirement planning.
Mr Rademacher
Mr. Cooper for our mortgage does not work, through the other items do.
It has now been 4 plus months of this issue with no positive movement. They don't seem like a motivated customer friendly company.

this is amazing site
More Budgeting
For a free platform, this is incredibly solid. The only thing I like Mint more for, is the granularity of Budgeting and Categories with sub-categories. If that could be expanded, this would easily be 5 stars.
I love having a place to keep up with…
I love having a place to keep up with everything for free, a safe place that respects my Hustle. Although, I'm good enough to run my own portfoliio, PC has helped me realize which Assets of mine have too high of an Expense ratio. For that I am eternally grateful though if I did let this institution balance my holdings I'd be paying as much in expense ratio as a cost for management; which is a bit counterintuitive.
Great concept, with horrible software and bad attitude
Spoke with Tom Salvatierra who handles high net worth accounts and explained that their software was not working for me. He spent half an hour trying to convince me that it was great software when it clearly did not work. I shared my screen and showed all the problems and he was incredibly dismissive of them, saying that "We have 2.5 million people who are happy". He suggested he send me a lot of tutorial videos, which is a poor substitute for well-designed software. When you boot up the software it gives you a bunch of incorrect information, some of which can probably be configured to be correct, but much of which is incorrectly labeled and thus highly confusing. For example "retirement savings" means the net inflow-outflow of retirement monies in some arbitrary set of accounts for the calendar year, but there is on way to understand that, and it's not what any normal person would think "retirement savings" means. In general the company does not have receptivity to understanding their problems and fixing them and thus it's a big mess. Would be really useful if it worked at all.
If you work at PersonalCapital and are reading this, take a listen to the call 1/6/21 10:30am. You would have 3x the business if you had working software. You should fire your product managers, they really suck and someone needs to be in charge of actually listening to customer problems.
