Lauren has been at our Northampton depot for the past 3 days. She has been extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about all cash plans and my bundle benefits. We would welcome her back anytime.

Lauren has been on the Kidderminster site for 3 days. She is a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady. She has helped so many of my staff with all their policies and would be welcome back anytime.

Ive been help out for the second time this week by Jamie Allen. He has gone out of his way to make sure I understand the processes of how to make a claim. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and had been stalling on make a claim as I wasn't sure how to proceed. Jamie not only showed me how to do it but did the first 6 in front of me to help me.

Lauren was very professional and dealt with staff very well 👏

Today I had a issue with my account and I spoke with customer service. Musa was there and his help was very important for me thank you very much.

I have held this policy for years now and have made several claims. Staff are polite,very helpful and always willing to help where you need help. They make everything easy to understand . Very professional , l would recommend them a million times .Najat spoke with me with a calm voice, explained to me what to do in case l get off sick days and gave me time to ask questions if l had any questions about my claim

I had 2 direct debits come out randomly in September for the first time ever when I have never claimed nor gave permission to set up a direct debit before. with no help whatsoever just ignoring my emails
