Dreadful company, won’t resolve customer issues via Amazon and if I’d seen this awful rating I wouldn’t have purchased anything from them. They are not personalised at all, sent me a mat with text that made no sense !
Oh my days , don't bother they are rubbish Sent me what I didn't order, and as they are personalised it was pretty useless what they did send. Ignored repeatedly by email
Very poor customer service and never received product. Took money and let me down.
Ordered product on 26/12 and received order confirmation stating that when product was despatched I would receive update.
Had not received any further emails, updates or the product so sent email on 8/1 asking where it was. Received basic bland response that it had been sent and asking me to confirm my address which was annoying as they had all my address details on both billing and delivery addresses and could confirm this from the order number. After further email communication they refunded me on 9/1 with no attempt to get the product to me, didn’t even use my name in any of the email responses, just ‘Dear Customer’.
Thankfully able to get a similar product from EBay.co.uk at short notice.
Won’t use this company ever again.
