Faulty work, refusal to correct.
Priced to replace gutters and fascias, and were asked to price for repairing cracked render around window frames - which they said was a minor job, and would be included in the quoted price.
The work on the gutters and fascias was fine, but the render repairs soon cracked again. They returned for another try, which also cracked.
Thereafter they refused to return, saying they hadn't charged for the work anyway.
To add insult to injury, 9 months later I had a "courtesy call" to ask if we were satisfied. Said we weren't, and they undertook to get back to me to sort the problem. They didn't.
Won't use them again, and have advised neighbours who wanted to know if they were any good not to bother with them.
