Avoid this company unless you like paying a fortune for questionable quality and damaged goods

Soooooooo, way back in July I got a 50% code and having just printed a blanket with race numbers on I thought why not and ordered a small case.

A couple of weeks later arrives a suitcase with a grotesque pixilated picture in it........surely owner of the company can see picture is rubbish before printing and when placing in case. But nope they go ahead and send it.
I once ordered a canvas print from somewhere who contacted me to say it wasn't going o be good quality - one email. Easy peasy sorted.....

I tried to sort it out and was willing to pay £20 for a replacement print. The "customer service" man was all friendly and kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow well tomorrow came and went a number of times so I sent an email cancelling my order within the required 14 days and opened a case via Paypal as was fed up by the lack of customer "care".

They promised to send a print......"Did you receive this, courier is showing as delivered?" "Nothing has been delivered and no card to say it is with a neighbour or safe place." "It was untracked" so how did the courier show it as delivered ????

So another was sent. It arrived on different material - ie paper. To go in a suitcase ???

So they promise to send a canvas print - the one I received yesterday looked like it had been hacked by a nursery school child with safety scissors, it is covered in marks, it has obviously not been left to dry etc and basically is an embarrassment for any company to send out.

So I provided pictures (would attach here but not allowed) and asked the following:
Once you've checked the pictures ask yourself:

1 Would you be happy with the quality of it?
2 Would you be happy to accept it?
3 Would you be happy with the overall product?
4 as the retailer are you happy with to sell products with these issues?

So I gets "It seems to me like you will never be satisfied" "Fyi, those are not scratches on the case, it is the protective film." (am I supposed to pick the film off ??? And allegedly they would be happy with the quality of it "I would and thousands of other customers too." and apparently I should be even happier as I got it for a 50% discount.

So its up to you to make your own mind up but had I not had cash in my Paypal account and it had gone through my credit card this would have been chargedback today.

If you like scratched & damaged products with prints in them that you wouldn't use for a draft then go ahead and order from them. I learnt a valuable lesson here.

But its the companies loss. I would have actually ordered a large case had the small one arrived with no issues.

Update...... their reply shows their rudeness and the fact they don't care about rectifying issues with quality. I can return it for a 75% refund...... I bet that will happen along with the mysterious parcel that the courier says was delivered but wasn't tracked so wonder how the courier site showed that.

The company send rude emails and leave rude comments.

I should be grateful I had 50% off so does that mean I only got 50% of your usual quality.

Your company is now blocked from email so you can remove my account as I feel robbed by your lack of care and due diligence.

You're rude when someone gives an honest and fair review.

You ignored all my prompting when I was actually trying to PURCHASE a replacement print. It's only when I involved Paypal you got your finger out.

Just be grateful this never went through my credit card.

unfortunately, you are just one of those customers. We have done all we can to satisfy you but you nothing seemed acceptable. We even offered for you to return your personalised case for a refund and this was not even acceptable to you, so not sure why you have launched a deformation case against our company without due reason. i stand behind our product as being of the highest quality and would give the same guarantees to any customer that comes through our doors & in regards to the protective film - yes you are suppose to remove this!
