Ordered 3 Dr. Fauci ornaments. One sent as gift to different address. Got mine late after Christmas and was NOT Dr. Fauci as advertised...was blank and they tell me I said not to personalize. Very misleading when item showed and had as tilted Dr. Fauci. So mine are all blank, claim now is MY fault and I saw where they changed ordering info since I ordered before Christmas to make clear. Took 4 days for a response to tell me my fault but ship back for refund but not shipping. Plus third went as gift out of state from my address. They don’t care! Would not order from them again, terrible customer service , not friendly at all and not my fault. Shame on them.

Great product but just got it on December 20th and ordered it before Thanksgiving.

First time using this company. I placed an order with them on Dec 7. I have not received any communication whether the ornament was made, shipped, etc. I emailed them days ago and have received no correspondence. I tried calling them today but it's a generic number that goes directly to voice mail. Super disappointed with the lack of communication.
Will update if something changes.

After waiting 15ish days for my ornament to arrive I reached out to check the status. I received an email back that said due to the influx in orders this year they ran out of the little dogs that go on the ornaments. I was told that I should have received an email letting me know about the delay. I never did and don’t really understand why I didn’t if a mass email was sent to the people who ordered the dogs. Anyway after that disappointment I was told that my order will be here Saturday 12 December- not only did it not arrive but now the tracking is showing delayed in transit. I’m not given a location or ETA or anything. So 20 days later I have no idea where the ornament is or when I’ll get it. The event I purchased the ornament for has already passed, and I’ll be leaving town early next week for the holidays.. so chances are I won’t even get to display the ornament this year. Super disappointing!

I placed my order 2 weeks ago, received the shipping email a couple days later, and have yet to receive it. Tracking says it never even made it to usps. Attempts to email and Facebook message have not been answered.

I buy ornaments every year to earmark a special thing that the grandchildren have done during the year. (ex. starting kindergarten, hobbies, special "firsts" and accomplishments like potty training, riding bikes, etc.). For the individual families, I find ornaments that have the number of people in their family and even add pets. This year I got them ones that have everyone wearing face masks. Those will be memorable in years to come!
