My wife ordered two pictures that were delivered after 6 weeks to wrong address. When the shipper update that it was in transit, we noticed address was wrong. We contacted the shipper more than a week before scheduled delivery date. Shipper didn’t respond. We notified Personalize Everything and was having a dialogue with them and just like that, they went dark. Has not responded again after several days of trying to resolve the issue. Redo order send refund. I don’t care but good customer service is at least trying to resolve problem

I feel like giving this 2 stars is generous. They aren’t upfront before purchase that many of these items ship from China. So my item did finally arrive after multiple weeks and it was no longer possible to give this as an anniversary gift as the date had passed. What’s more, the item I purchased was advertised, both in writing and in photos, as a framed canvas. But it arrived as an unframed canvas. Thought maybe I made the mistake, but I retraced all my steps, looked again on the page of the item ordered, and I wasn’t mistaken. I emailed customer service right away, took them a week to respond, and all they stated was, sorry, it’s an unframed canvas. So I replied stating that I now want to return it per their “100% satisfaction money back guarantee” and never heard back. Their websites state to send returns to their Pennsylvania address, which I couldn't find anywhere on their website, my product, or the internet. I’ve given up but what a waste of money.

such an amazing experience. Its a great bonding for cousins and family.. I will definitely consider getting new orders again in the future..

I didnt receive a note prior so I was upset. I tried to investigate the issue and Emma took matters seriously and followed through. Looking forward in seeing the outcome!!

I ordered two custom paintings. I was very disappointed in the lack of detail and wanted to return per their "30 day money back guarantee". I've sent three emails. No reply. The phone numbers listed are dead lines. I do not recommend buying from this company.

my 2nd purchase is very nice and i will order again more..the paintings turned out so nice and the colors are very vibrant.. just a bit of feedback with shipping it has been more late than my first one..still happy & satisfied..

Dissapointed too. It' a scam order and track shippent says that I wasn't at home at 01:18 a.m, it's not true and no one rang. Don't buy throght them, they are liars.

I ordered this in January and they assured me I would have it by Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be a gift. It’s now the 21st of February and it just says “exception 18 days” on the shipment tracking site. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service. Super sad and disappointed.

It’s a scam! Don’t order anything here. They won’t deliver and let you pay extra and refund nothing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Personalize Everything. I initially reached out multiple times because the pictures I received did not match the prints I had sent over, and the paint quality was subpar at best. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them about these issues, I’ve been completely ignored for over a month now. The lack of communication and customer support is beyond frustrating. Not only was the product poor quality, but the complete lack of response only made the situation worse. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It feels like a total waste of money. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable option.

SCAM!!!
I ordered two weeks ago a shipment and nothing arrived - and the costumer service does not even exist I think. They have never answered my email and the 1+1 for free deal that is mentioned in the advertisement did not exist on their webpage. BIG NO. Save the money for something else. This is a SCAM. Very disappointed.

Trying to cancel my order for over two weeks now! Absolutely ridiculous. Clicked on the link because showed ombuy one get one for free and then that wasnt the casa at all. Just want my money back asap so i dont have to deal with you all ever again

Ordered and payed through their website but got nothing in return - no email, no reply to any of my messages. Just complete ignore.

Updated: after thirsd try I received a reply, and then receiver my order within agreed delivery period. Changing my review to 3 stars: I'm happy with my order but not happy with communication and not happy with the fact that it was produced in China which was never mentioned.

Have ordered a number of kits from them and so far I am very happy. Although I had some issues with the consistency of the paint in some cases and size options available. Have brought it to their attention and have been promised that it will be looked into it. The customer service has been very good and quite helpful. Very satisfied indeed. I feel they should keep track of the number of kits I have ordered and give me a special discount for my new orders and not just the customary 15%.

I ordered my gift on the 4th December and it arrived on the 17th (as promised between the 9th-19th delivery date. I was really hesitant to order from the website as it was overseas and didn’t show any preview photos but I am SO PLEASED with the outcome. I received a custom paint by numbers and it’s perfect!!! It came on a frame and in a hard box so it didn’t get damaged in the post. Highly recommend

Ordering more than 2 weeks from Christmas, and didn't receive the package on time. When I ordered there was not mentioned of NOT getting it, safely assuming there wouldn't be an issue. Reaching out to support, their statement was "we received a lot of orders." Important note that this came from CHina and sat at customs/order USPS for +7 days. NO chance I'll use this company again.

Ordered in November. Allegedly delivered in December including photo of some random place. Calls and emails to both the private courier and the company and nothing returned. No staff on LinkedIn - I think this is a scam
