Scammers , they dont send the passing certificate dispatch information later they ask you more money , never got the certificate delivered, customer care was extremely money minded . One should not use their platform

Would not recommend false advertisement at its best and then when you pull them up on the issue they produce more lies. I passed my test last friday reached out on monday about an e certificate and was told they would request one and would be with me in 48 hours at the most and the physical certificate will be with me in two weeks. Today is now saturday and i decided to reach back out as it gas clearly been more than 48 hours and was then told it takes 7 - 10 days this is false advertisement at its best because when you oay for flexi you get instant results within 24 hours it took me three days to get my results and then it says e certificates available on request 24 hours which in has now been a week since the test has been done. Stay away at all cost if you are try to meet a dead line they will screw you over

Appalling experience. Booked exam slot, no link sent. Complained, they said they had a problem, but would be sorted later. Booked another slot and the same thing happened.

Paid for exam. Oddly very easy and straight forward to take my money!
Called and booked for 10am this morning.
Got no confirmation and no invite to take exam.
Called.
Emailed
Called
Emailed
Then got a reply apologising and told I got book for 1pm onwards.
Emailed to book 1pm
And just had more time wasted..
Think this must be a scam!

great course and very easy to access and operate.

Really good website. Very informative and user friendly. Modules really well set out. And the practice exam was invaluable. Very highly recommended all round.

Wasn’t expecting to be unable to print my certificate as it is password protected.

I had to pay an extra £19.99 for a hard copy to send to our local council or you can pay an extra £120 for them to process it.

There are to many hidden charges that are not fully explained when you accept the course.

Also when you accept the course they tell you that when you pass you will receive your certificate within 24hours, when you do pass you receive a email stating you will have to wait for your certificate for 3-5 working days.

The company was absolutely amazing so helpful even when my computer wouldn't work really helpful friendly staff would highly recommend using this company I definitely will be using them again

using the personal licence company was easy to use however getting a copy of the certificate is problematic

The mock exam is fantastic and helpful. However, the exam is better taken with a good internet connection.

One of the reasons I chose this company was the "Pay Later" financing.

The other was that it was online.

The course is absolutely brilliant and the ability to have the exam online was even better.

Booking the exam was a breeze! Setting up for the exam, not so much.

The exam room check was incredibly confusing, so much that I thought I had made a mistake of which the moderator provider was unhelpful.

It took a week to get my e-certificate and I'm still waiting on the physical copy (not included in the cost).

But, honestly, now I have my personal licence in my hand, the certificate from the council, and a printed e-certificate in my qualifications folder!

Very happy with the convenience but the website advertises speed that they didn't provide.
