Friendly and efficient service and really great value for money! I have been coming to Persona now for a number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The location is great and hygiene is at top standard.
Lucy first started treating me with facial subcision 2 years ago and I’ve been transformed!
Subcision is a highly effective, minimally invasive procedure for treating deep, tethered acne scars. There has been significant improvement, with better texture and increased skin smoothness. Results are long-lasting, and visible improvement and lifting shows within a few weeks of each treatment. However full, long-lasting results takes 3 to 6 months to appear (depending on the area of my face) as this is the optimum time needed for collagen to remodel . Thank you Lucy !
Ive had a couple of lymphatic face massage after I had a deep plane facelift and necklift with Trish Moore and it has really helped with the swelling and the shape of my face, when I come out after my lymphatic face massage the tightness has really improved and it feels like a relief to my face, just booked my next appointment for the 2nd April cannot wait.
My treatment with Lucy today was carried out with care and professionalism.
I was left feeling refreshed and confident with my results.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality treatments.

Booking an appointment was seamless. Receptionists are polite, friendly and helpful. Dr Lisa dealt with everything painlessly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or revisit.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Receptionist was most helpful with computer screen and environmental, sun protection products I needed to discuss
I have been using this clinic for many years. The staff put you at ease and everything is explained in detail without any hard sale. I have had a thread lift with Dr Lisa who is amazing cannot recommend enough.
Persona Medical is a lovely place for facial aesthetics .. warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in to the reception staff to the practitioners. Dr Lisa is very knowledgeable and an excellent practitioner. She works at your own pace and gives helpful advice and an excellent end result. Nurse Lucy is also excellent. I have yet to have a facial but I have spoken to the Beauticians and they are also kind and professional .
The best part of the treatment is Dr Lisa, she has worked with myself during my treatment giving me the best out come. I have sclerotherapy done and it gives me confidence during the summer months . I fully recommend Persona as a treatment centre and would recommend it to everyone.
I have been seeing Dr Lisa for a number of years and wouldnt go anywhere else for my botox or filler. She always makes me feel completely at ease and I always trust her judgement. She is both professional and a joy to catch up with for my top up appointments.

I booked a consultation with a doctor who performed my treatment immediately which was amazingly quick and painless. On the same day I had a consultation with the Laser consultant who was equally professional and honest.
Definitely recommend this clinic for any treatment that they offer.

I’ve been coming to Lucy for years now
She has always been brilliant at advising me and so helpful to wot I should have and telling me if I don’t need it so very helpful and professional every time and a lovely lady.
I’m so happy to have found Persona! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were very informative and took the time during my initial appointment with Lisa to discuss the right treatment options for me. A big thank you to Trish—I’m so impressed with my treatment today!”
I had a free consultation appointment which I had to give a £50 deposit for ?? They cancelled this appointment with an hours notice . I rebooked then had a change of heart and gave three working days notice to cancel obviously I expected a refund but not had anything even though I have emailed several times asking they are just ignoring me ! Very frustrating £50 gone and I never stepped foot inside the place !

I can most certainly call you and refund your booking fee. We don't keep any card details due to data protection so an automatic refund on cancelling isn't something we can do.
I shall also speak to front of house in regards to the emails you have sent and why you haven't been contacted.
