Trying to sort out a time critical deadline and an employee unable to find their DBS, I contacted Personnel Checks for advice, I got this in abundance from Jordan along with support, information and plenty of options regarding my situation. Poor customer support
Three months after making my application for an enhanced DBS Check I had not heard from them. Getting in contact was extremely difficult as their customer support line was always busy.
