They are terrible

They are terrible. Complete scam. They keep sending us things and then sending the bill after when we did not order anything. Terrible place!

Dishonest and rude

Dishonest and rude. Even when you tell them, politely, via phone and email that you are working with another provider they tell you that there are NO OTHER providers and that you aren't getting the right posters. The Department of Labor does not charge you money to access the posters that they require. They are openly available. We are trying for a THIRD time to get the calls to stop so fingers crossed.

SCAM

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Somehow they got my info a few years ago. The lady that called me made it seem like she worked for the government. She kept repeating that we were not in compliance and that I had to order the posters from Personnel concepts. So they got me then for over $200 dollars. Then the harassment started with phone calls and mail to get us to buy more posters. I was so fed up with them! I asked them to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST! I got a break but not long after the phone calls start again. Today a salesperson calls me again. Her name is Madeline, I asked her to remove me from her list and she said no, that they were a federal agency contracted by the federal that mandates for all businesses to be in compliance. I told her that I was feeling harassed by them and she said as soon as you take care of this I will make sure you don't get any more calls. Pushy, Pushy, Pushy. I refuse to work with a company like this one. They are not the only company you can get this posters from. Amazon has everything you need. Please REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST!

TOTAL SCAM DONT AGREE OR ANSWER THE PHONE, EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM NO. THEY WILL SEND AND INVOICE OR BILL TO PAY THEM. WE DID RETURN TO SENDER ON ALL 3 DIFFERENT ITEMS THEY TRIED TO SEND US. THIS WAS BACK ON SEPT 2019. TODAY WE RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM THEIR COLLECTION AGENCY. I NOW HAVE TO REPOT THEM ALONG WITH SO MANY OTHERS TO THE BBB. WHAT A HEADACHE

WHAT A HEADACHE! Pushy sales people and LIARS! I just started a position as an administrator at a surgery center. I was having a very busy day and providing direct patient care. Saleswoman insisted that I must speak to her because she was from the state of Wyoming. So I left my patients side to answer the phone, to a rude person who told me I must buy this package or I was going to put my employer in jeopardy. In frustration because I was desperately busy I was Sold a bunch of stuff I didn’t need (but that was another story). Now that I’ve had some more time at the helm I’ve figured out that I can find mist things free. The nasty saleswoman still calls ... can’t wait to actually get her on the phone and rip her a new one. Never again will I buy from this company.

Bully liars

Bully liars. You can get everything you need from the government agencies and OSHA. $300 for a new "manditory" Covid poster??? Filing a complaint with the BBB.

Not an honest company.

I had the same experience as many of the people here have had. I placed an order, and then they called me about a week later trying to sell me over $300 worth of products. They held my order, kept harassing me via telephone about purchasing the additional items and didn't send the product until over a month later. I had already requested to cancel the item. I tried placing another order through what I thought was a different company, turns out they sell their products across different websites. I've tried to get my money back on both others, but have had zero luck. I emailed them to cancel the order, and that very same day they decided to run my credit card. They offer these products on Amazon for a fraction of the cost, without harassing telemarketers, and will come within two days if you have Amazon Prime.

I've sent them many, many emails and reached out without any luck. At this point I feel like it's a long shot to get a refund, but I see they've responded to some reviews, so maybe I'll get lucky.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE!
We ordered from them, sent in our check, it was cashed promptly.
They held our items and called and wanted us to order more items.
I said no thank you, please just send us what we ordered.
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. Its's been over a month!
They keep telling me that it will be there tomorrow.... several tomorrows later - no item
Now I am asking for a refund for item not received. Let's see how they respond

This company is trying to take my money!

This company is trying to take advantage of a bad situation. They tried selling me more posters for Covid 19 yesterday for $299 and I’ve already paid them $250 this year. The lady on the phone made me feel like I was going to jail if I don’t pay her today. Stay away!!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Bait and switch! Just like everyone on here says!!! I should have done my research but sadly did not. I paid a small fee of $4.95, and then later I get a bill for $250. BEWARE they are trying to now sell the COVID-19 info. I'm sure for a hefty price after the "small fee" they charge. I don't see how this company is aloud to do this. You should be ASHAMED to work for this company!!!!

Shady Company!

Shady Company!
The end of 2018 I took over keeping up with the labor law posters. At the beginning of 2019, I received an invoice stating that my posters needed to be updated. I called and said we already had posters and did anything change for 2019, they told me yes, so I ordered more posters. What a bunch of crap! They sent me the same poster that we already had and nothing had changed! I now check with the state we are in to see if any of the posters need updated. I will not use this company again!

if I could give zero stars I would

if I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute scam that I unfortunately fell for when I was first getting into business and was on a job site when I said to send me the posters. Now that I have found how to get all the posters and updates for free and found how much of a scam this is place is it makes me sick to my stomach. I get a call almost once a week and keep blocking numbers after I hang up telling them I am not interested. If I get one more call I will be pursuing legal actions against this company for harassment. Personnel concepts is an absolute joke and cant take no for an answer. Be happy you got what money you got out of me and leave me alone. Please do your due diligence people and don't get pressured into and fall for this scam of a company.

Bullies and scammers

I needed an additional poster for one of our field offices. I have a HR background and knew exactly what I needed to post. I found what I needed and placed my order. I received two different calls from Personnel Concepts asking me questions about the business and then tried to bully me into ordering more. I was so frustrated that on the second call I told them to cancel my order an they refused.

They're scammers

They're scammers. They sent us a promo on the mail for posters costing only $10.90. Someone called me and told me that the total cost is $300+ so I cancelled my order. They still cashed my check.

Ordered and received the posters…

Ordered and received the posters required by law; but that wasn't good enough; they call and state4 they are from the Department of Labor; they call and state they are from Personnel Concepts; when you tell them to stop calling they wait a week and call again. I hung up on them and explained they need to stop and once again within a few minutes they call back again!!!! I have blocked them and they keep calling on different numbers; please PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

Good luck getting paid

Good luck getting paid. You charged me $100 for the same posters that you sent me a year ago. I am not paying for a bunch of crap posters. If you want them back I will mail them out. Don't ever call my business again. You will not bully your way into your scam. And your replies to every review is comical. Tell osha to come on out and inspect us. Your threats don't work here anymore.

This is an absolute scam.

This is an absolute scam. They called to confirm the order, which I thought was weird, but whatever. They lied to me about what my boss ordered and what should have been a $25 order ended up being well over $200. They also lied to me about what we needed. I work for an employment lawyer so my boss knew what we need to have up in the office. We called to cancel the order and they refused saying that it had already been shipped, but the tracking information said that the label had been created and that it had not been shipped yet. They did say that we could refuse the package when it arrived and we could get a full refund. I was annoyed, but decided not to fight it anymore. About an hour ago my unwanted package was delivered in a tube without a top on it. The only way to refuse a package is if it is unopened. Since it arrived unopened we couldn't refuse it. I went to the post office to see if there was some loophole and they said that since I couldn't prove it arrived open, there was nothing they could do. Since it arrived open, the posters were damaged. I called Personnel Concepts to get a refund for damaged product, but they said that they were not responsible for any damaged product and refused to give us a refund. They said that if we paid out of pocket to send it back that they would give us a refund. However we're mad because they lied to us about what we need and what we ordered. It is wrong that they lied and it is wrong that they refused to cancel the shipment and it is wrong that they are expecting us to pay for a damaged product that we didn't even want to begin with.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all cost! They are liars and will trick you and scare you into buying things that you are not required to have by law.
