Looks Like Official State Mail, But It's NOT!
The mailer looks as if it is official New York State business, and to avoid non-compliance an order must be placed and payment must be made. It is obviously an intentional tactic to improve sales. This company has earned a HIGHLY UNTRUSTWORTHY score in my book.

i cant do less than 1 star
i cant do less than 1 star. this is a scam as they convince young office staff that they are required to purchase these labor law posters. then offer to send the bill in the mail. by the time the bill goes thru A/P and gets rejected the 7 day window for returns is past. they will not let you return the posters and send the bill to collections. total scam.

Aggressive, Rude and Predatory Sales Company who will not take NO for an answer!
After cancelling our original order for 1 poster we continually got aggressive and rude sales people who would not take NO for an answer. When they were told that the boss was unavailable and out of the office they called back several more times. When we cancelled our order we were told that our telephone number would be removed, a refund was sent and that our account was thoroughly closed. However we have received calls from this company nearly every day for the last two weeks since we cancelled our order. We've received the refund and are still getting calls. This company is not someone you should do business with their rude, aggressive and predatory sales tactics are shameful. Businesses should not have to deal with disgusting sales tactics! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
SCAMMERS!
Horrible, aggressive sales people. Scammers trying to bully and intimidate you in to buying more, unnecessary product. Send product NOT ordered and include an invoice for it. "Or you could be fined thousands of dollars". Three aggressive phone calls from their employees. They've been blocked!
DO...NOT...PURCHASE...FROM...THIS...COMPANY!!!
Thieves trying to steal from small…
Thieves trying to steal from small businesses. They called claiming to be with The Department of Labor and asked for the name of the manager. We realized they were actual scammers. They were told we were not interested in their posters. They sent them in the mail with an $800 bill and are now harassing to pay.
Extreme Pressure
High pressure salespeople that make you feel like you're breaking the law if you do not buy what they're selling. They say it's one price and then you get an invoice with more crap added on. I did not like the phone call at all It felt like I was talking to a robot almost. After reading these other reviews I have notified my office staff to hang up and block any phone calls we receive from this company.
I entered in my information to purchase…
I entered in my information to purchase a all in one poster. I get a call from a stupid salesman trying to up my order, and get personal information about my business.
Total scam
Total scam. I bought one poster from them and they ended up sending an invoice that was $300, with all this added stuff on it. They added on all these unnecessary posters AND subscribed me without my consent.
Don't buy from them!! They use fancy words to make you think it's necessary to buy from them but actually, you can get all these posters for free from the Dept of Labor and the government websites!
This company is a scam! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Harrassment from company
We have ordered from this company twice in the past and they argue with you on what you need (even though they do not have a HR degree). They will call repeatedly and even use disguised numbers to get you to answer. Do not use this business they will harrass you nonstop!
High pressure, fast talking scammers. Steer clear!!!!!!!
They lure you into buying a poster for a low price then they record their call and try to trick you into authorizing payment for a subscription service where they offer to keep sending posters to you for an exorbitant price. They will try to throw lots of verbage at you to get you to consent to authorize payment. Don't deal with them!!!
Total scam
Total scam. They make it look like they are an official agency and you are not in compliance
Scam!!! Beware!!
Just received a phone call from Personal Concepts insisting that I have an open invoice. Definitely a scam! After my decline and telling her to note my account not call my business again, she said she will note the account and turn it over to collections. Wow! Beware and do not fall for their scam! I will now be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
They are the pushiest company I have…
They are the pushiest company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 1 OSHA poster and she argued with me even after I explained that I was in compliance with the rest of our posters. I told her "NO" 5 times to other posters and then she hung up on me. NEVER again!
Do not buy to this people...
Do not buy to this people.... scamers.
They say is all.per the law but and threaten you with inspections if you don't buy what they want. Don't believe in them, do your research, thee are so many other companies that offer the same posters without tha harassment.
Shame on you Personnel concepts.
Bogus Invoice
Our company just received an invoice in the
amount of $779.88 with nothing written in the body of the email, only an attachment stating "PAST DUE PERSONNEL CONCEPTS." I replied to the email stating we have not ordered anything, and
please void this invoice. A reply back stated the order was placed 6/30/22 by a representative who called and confirmed the order, and the invoice is 69 days past due. Due to it being outside their 7 day return policy, all they will be able to do is see what type of discount can be approved.
I called the company to question this,
and the person who placed the order is not authorized to make purchases to begin with, which I informed them of. They stated that was an intercompany issue and they would do a call review,
then see what else could be done. I have an issue with this for several reasons:
1) We have no way to confirm they actually
review this call.
2) The person who "made the order" is not
authorized to do so. Their name should have never been on the account, and I have no idea how it was added.
3) This is the first time we have received this invoice. How does an invoice get paid when it has not been received, and there is no knowledge of the order in the first place?
4) How can an order be returned within this 7 day period when there was no prior knowledge to it?
5) I've dealt with this company in the past and they are extremely pushy with their sales tactics.
This company has exceedingly poor business practices. I reiterated this person is not authorized to
make purchases on behalf of the company, that I had not received any invoice prior, and thus had no way to pay/return/cancel the order.
A representative called in July…
A representative called in July offering to send us updated labor law posters, he made it seem as though we had dealt with them before and quoted me around 60 dollars for the updated posters. When I received a statement for over 200 i called and left a message requesting a call back for more information. I never received that call back and then was contacted today stating they were prepping us for collections. I again asked for details told them we were mis-quoted and that we wanted to cancel the subscription incurring additional fees. She stated that they have a 7 day return policy and we are outside that. I told her we are in Alaska and it takes at least that long to receive anything. She said it was 7 days from the receipt of statement in the mail and even though i had originally called within that time and not received a call back they refused to cancel the additional charges. They are flat out scamming business and it it ridiculous!
I give 0 if was a option
I give 0 if was a option. Back and fourth emails stating I owe over $200. I do not need these posters for the fact I have no employees and I never ask for all the stuff they are trying to charge me . Now threatening to report to credit agency for the balance. I told them do what you gotta do. I’ll dispute it and have it removed if they do anything. Complete chaos
Personnel Concepts is a Complete Scam
Personnel Concepts is a complete scam. Do NOT purchase anything you receive from them in the mail. They send documents that appear as if they are directly from the government. It's all a fraud. I didn't realize this at first and decided to purchase the all in one poster for just over 11 dollars. The next thing I know, they are calling and telling us that we need to buy SEVERAL extra posters from them. My mom confirms this because she, too thought it was all governmental. Well, soon after that we are receiving emails stating that we have an open invoice for over $250!!! I tried to get them to cancel the order and get a full refund for the $11 something I had paid earlier. My mom then took the phone and forced the lady to refund her and CLOSE the account. I just took the box of posters to the post office to be mailed back today, along with emailing the scam company. Hopefully, they just give us our money back. This is just too much. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF!! SHRED THE STUFF THEY SEND YOU!! Do not acknowledge them at all. You'll regret it if you do, trust me.
I am not happy with how you guys just…
I am not happy with how you guys just added extra purchases without my consent nearly take $400 out of my account when I only purchased $59 through your website even when I didn't not want it I called and wanted my money back but never got a refund for all those things I didn't not want but said I needed. Even though I may have needed it I wasn't ready to purchase. You guys set me back.
