This company is a scam

This company is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU CC #. They are terrible and will charge you for things you didn't buy. I live in OK and received an IA poster, when I called to return they told me my $ would not be refunded even though I did not make the order. They also want to sell you a $300 service (Scam), thats really what this is all about.

Unethical and harassing calls

We have been asking them for months now to stop contacting us but they continually call every single day trying to convince us that they are the only company that is allowed by law to offer this service, which is a complete lie. They will not take No for an answer and I have already informed them that I was going to file a formal complaint and they still continue to call. We have blocked the number and they started calling from another number. We are getting extremely frustrated with the calls. I told them today that we don't have to explain ourselves and to stop calling. She said that they are calling because we have an active account. I told her to deactivate it or tell us what we need to do to deactivate it. She just kept arguing with me and then yelled at me to let her talk. I told her I wasn't going to let her talk to me like that and to stop calling.

This seems barely legal

This seems barely legal. The mail they send out is so misleading- they are NOT an authority on labor laws. We are sick of receiving "federal business regulations, immediate response requested" mail from them. My husband's company is a sole proprietorship anyway, he has no employees. They pose as an official government entity in their forms, and it could easily trick someone into thinking they legally have to make a purchase from this place.

These people are frauds

These people are frauds. Be very careful for how theyre charging you. I ended up with a $300+ bill when it was originally only $25 and they told me they shipped it already (2 hours after) and they cant cancel it. Total frauds.

USING ANOTHER COMPANY IN THE FUTURE

The poster I ordered was fine. But the call I received from one of your salesman soon after trying to force me to buy things (that were not his responsibility to do so) that he claimed my company "had to have by State law" would've saved this review. I also told him to cancel my entire order because of the call, but he didn't do that either. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Terrible company

Terrible company. We made the mistake of ordering a single non-laminated compliance summary from this company by check ($19.95 + tax / shipping). Since then we have received two invoices for things we did not order (an email stating this fact was sent after each invoice followed by a telephone conversation after the second one) and today I received an eMail that we are enrolled in their Compliance Assurance Subscription - we did not request enrollment. The company is literally harassing and billing for products we did not order. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will probably end up spending money on a lawyer to insure cease and desist from their contact.

I wish I could give less than one star

I wish I could give less than one star. I got pressured into buying an initial subscription only later to find that most of what they pitch does not apply to my business. I asked them to stop, they sent more invoiced Then they send Bryan after me who calls EVERY DAY looking for payment for links that I never opened. As someone who is in the customer experience business, thus is a horrible company. Never, ever do business with them.

SCAM

SCAM! I'm beyond frustrated for not finding out sooner! We have been getting posters for 3years now from them. This last time I got very sketchy because the representative sounded way too pushy after I told her I would have to get with the owner due to the prize being so high! She some how got the owners phone number and called him directly and told him I provided her with his contact info which is a complete lie knowing the owner does not give us that permission. I receive an invoice for $434.44 via email looking very sketchy and sent to the wrong email. I decided to look up reviews and I saw one in particular talking about contacting osha, I went ahead and called them myself. Yes, the posters are FREE, they provided the link for me to get them! Personnel concepts have been scamming our company for 3yrs for about $2200! I called them to put a stop to it and they said absolutely nothing other than to cancel our account. So disappointed!

Worst experience ever!!

I was contacted three times regarding my order. Each time I told your representative that I wasn't in need of any extras because I have them already. Two of your reps hung up on me. I will never order from your company again.

I feel stupid

I feel stupid! I got scammed. They sent me a letter that looks legit with the NY state map and I felt for it. I order the poster and then a representative called me asking for more information about my business! and then I received an email with a $100 bill! for plan protection which I never was told! DONT use this "company"

Ordered a $15 poster and they billed me…

Ordered a $15 poster and they billed me $300 for a case. I called them and they are NOT nice people at all. I filed a complaint with the San Bernardino County DAs office. I sent him my information and links to these reviews. Hopefully they will open an investigation. If they hear from all of us, they will. You can find their email address by googling "Bernardino County District Attorney Fraud Division".

Along with everyone else here I ordered…

Along with everyone else here I ordered from this company and we are now hounded every day several times a day to order more. The first order is inexpensive to draw you in then they try to sell you more for excessive amounts of money. Terrible company! Don't do business with them.

This company lies

This company lies. Look at the BBB reviews. I fell for the first order and ordered the posters. (I even asked my lawyer before doing this! I sent them a check for $61.48 for these posters!) Then this week I received a letter stating them I owe them $1,300!!!! I called immediately and they say that another order was approved by a staff member. LIE! This staff member cannot approve any purchases! She treats patients! Then they said they sent me an invoice which was another lie. They call the office and get current staff members to make them legit. They have no idea that the people they choose don't have the authority to make these decisions. They will not send me a return label. How can this company stay in business?

I wish I had found these reviews before…

I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from this company. The original sales pitch is good. It was like $80 for all the posters you need and they hint that they will update them if anything changes that year. Then comes check out and they say it'll be $$$ amount more for the guarenteed updates. Okay I'll pay for your guarantee. Now they keep contacting me saying laws have changed. This is your update on the law changing. Now pay $$$ more to get the updated posters and or training modules. The guarentee is sold that these things will be provided throughout the year when in fact you are paying them to get your name put on a contact list for further sales. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"

Phishing Mails

Mailing me an envelope that looks like state law department asking my company to comply law but indeed it is this company that is trying to scam me into some service. Bad practice.
