This firm have delivered sub standard - scratched - perspex and have refused to replace the damaged pieces. We bought 77 panels and 5 are scratched, the protective film is scratched and the plastic below is damaged. Perspex Distribution UK -Chelmsford have refused to replace the damaged items as we did not report the damage within 48 hours. Apparently that is a condition listed on the delivery note, but not on the website. We did not get through all 77 panels in 48 hours and are not bring offered a credit or a replacement. Very poor.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered basic stock item and was told I'd have next day delivery from the Byfleet depot to my location 2 miles away. Item did not arrive next day. After waiting all day I contacted them and was told it's on delivery for tomorrow. I was then promised it would be there for 8am. It finally arrived at 3pm with damaged corners. Two wasted days, angry customer, loss of revenue as I could have booked in other work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I know it’s Civid times but placed order 6 week before required and website stated 3-14 days delivery so thought nothing of it.
Staff then tell me a month later we’d had a non delivery so tried to call- no luck at all. Emailed as suggested but no reply after 4 days so duly cancelled as per website instructions and heard nothing for a week when suddenly customer service reply to say order in process, please allow 7-14 days. Replied already cancelled but emails bounce back. 2 days later email received stating good shipped, will refuse delivery and log with credit card company. Poor, poor service so suggest you avoid them.

Do not buy from this company. our order hasn't been received after 5 separate deliver dates. all the sizing was wrong no refund given after 8 phone calls. Staff do not help and laugh at you while on the phone, they leave you on hold until you have waited so long you hang up. they tell you someone will call you back and no one ever does. Management are apparently not available to speak to. Absolutely appalling service !!!

One star is regrettably all that can be awarded as, regardless of effort, I wasn't provided the opportunity to place an order.

I contacted my local Perspex.co.uk (Perspex Distribution) branch in order to request a quote for a simple but financially rewarding job. I was then asked to provide details (that I'd already supplied) in order for a team member to contact and quote me. Having done this, and having stressed my requirement for the acrylic sheets was fairly urgent, I was left waiting days without any communication from Perspex.co.uk. Due to my deadline drawing ever closer I had to give up waiting and I placed an order with a competitor who supplied me within a few days.

A very poor experience, which is a great shame as I was looking for a new local supplier of acrylic sheets for my 3D printing business. All in all, just a real shame.
