They sent me the wrong dress, and then refused to rectify the mistake without having to pay more!

Horrible, horrible experience, and store.
Like the other reviewers have said, money down the drain.

Wrong colour and size and now they won't even reply to my multiple emails about exchanging it for the right one! Incompetent,unprofessional and dishonest are a few words that come to mind when l think of Persunmall!!!

Persunmall is just one giant scam. I had over $100 in credit points from their shop and I didn't use them for a few months. I come back to use them to order a present for my mother and they're all gone! There was no notification, no expiration date that they had spoken of or anything! I tried contacting them but half of their site links back to error messages and they won't respond to emails, facebook messages, or anything else for that matter! One of my friends ordered from their shop and her order didn't come in. They won't answer her emails so she can get her money back, if they'll even refund her any of it at all! Good luck to you if you're trying to get in touch with them because they don't answer!

I ordered a dress for the wedding. Arrived fast, without problem at customs. But the model arrived quite different from what appears in the website photos. It is made really badly, with poor materials, with the wires that come out. Among other things, I chose the option "Size customize" by paying 15$, but the dress arrived turns out to be 2 size larger than my measurements. Is a great disappointment! And I even cannot give it back! Unfortunately meanwhile my credit card was blocked by bank for the security reason. And customer service respond me that they can refund only at the same credit card. So I spent 105 euro (plus 30 for the tax) for the dress which go directly at garbage!

I bought a prom dress last year and....From looking like it was made by an eight year old to taking three weeks to arrive. Then it shows up damaged and oddly proportioned. I never got a refund as you have to spend fifty bucks to ship it back to China! Buyers Beware!

Persunmall has a variety of styles, that's why I like their online store. Not only that, but they have affordable clothing and jewelry! I bought tights, a skirt, and a crop top! A whole outfit for under $30! They also have reasonable shipping, it took about 2 weeks to arrive, but it is coming from China! That's fast, usually other shops from China take up to a month. I'm definitely purchasing from them again!

What do you think about PersunMall? I really like it! They have great stuff, especially the clothes and shoes. You can also get customed dresses and shoes, which is great!
