Pigeons had nested in my loft and were making a mess. I called Pestbgone and Adam came very quickly and found the cause of the problem. I accepted the reasonable quote and the job was completed without delay. Throughout Adam worked in a very thorough manner. He removed the problem, re-laid insulation and cleaned and disinfected the loft. He was friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Andrew came out to see about a rat problem. He visited several times and then a final follow up visit. He was professional and friendly. Andrew is a lovely man and I recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem.

A highly stressful situation finding evidence of rat infestation the morning of a house sale completion just before Christmas! Adam came out within the hour, identified how the rats had entered the property and laid traps and bait. He succeeded in sourcing an unusual sized rat-flap for the drain and returned within a couple of days to install it to stop the rats entering the property. At the follow-up appointment after Christmas, he removed the traps and checked thoroughly to ensure there was no more rat activity.
I was impressed with Adam's professionalism and calm manner in a very stressful situation. He was very thorough and reliable, responding quickly when I contacted him. The cost was reasonable and clearly stated with no hidden extras.

Contacted Adam having witnessed a mouse scampering across the kitchen floor. He came round the next day and investigated where the vermin was accessing the property and blocked up an external hole in the wall while also setting traps and poison bait in both kitchen and loft. He has subsequently re-visited us to ensure the problem had been properly eradicated; I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they proved to be prompt, reliable, thorough and good value for the service provided. Would definitely use again in the future.

Woke up to toilet roll, Christmas presents etc been eaten, called them at around 8am and they said they could come out and see me same day at around midday, turned up pretty much dead on 12. Adam came out to fix our problem and discovered it was a problem with the main drain and we needed a rat flap installed to stop the problem properly, as a temporary fix he sealed up some holes with metal plating and laid out some poison in problem areas. Luckily Adam was here when we heard one under a kitchen cabinet, he went and got his dog to chase the rodent. Really nice guy and was very knowledgeable, 100% recommend for great quick and reasonably priced services

We came across this company by chance - we saw one of their vehicles on the road. We contacted them and had them out for a visit. We were so impressed that we set up a contract with them.
Andrew has been our main contact and on every visit he has taken time to give us a face-to-face, full update on work that he has undertaken (in addition to the detailed written report) and how the planned approach is working.
