Scammers and scum of the earth. Took advantage of two women in a vulnerable position. We called as we were desperate with a mice issue in our building. "Benny" charged us €2,274.73, promising that he has a number for a guy who helps renters claim the money back from their landlord, and that this happens often. Invoice written on a generic sheet and an invoice by e-mail and post promised. Rang the company multiple times over multiple weeks. Horrible rude lady on the phone keeps saying "you'll get it, have some patience". Company reported to the police who have advised multiple other reports have been submitted. Payment goes to a company called Avitonederland with address Slotermeerlaan 58, 1064 HC Amsterdam (incase someone wants to give them a visit). This company is registered with the Chambers of Commerce number 93639481. I would bet my life all the 5 star reviews are fake. At least try make them look realistic and use a little less of chatGPT :)
