The team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within minutes, they identified the problem and found exactly where the pests were getting in. They sealed the entry points, placed treatment to deal with the issue, and provided helpful recommendations to prevent it from happening again. Highly efficient service.

This was a second visit and there was stress with others in the building on top of being stressed myself. He was calm and even spoke to neighbours so that I did not have to. Aiden came to visit today to tackle an ant problem. He was very knowledgeable and I learned alot about ants! He pointed out nest holes and found trails of ants and put gel down in various locations in the front and back gardens. Its a waiting game now to see if any change happens but it looks promising given how the ants reacted to the gel immediately. Fingers crossed! The cost also covers me for the next four months so I can call them back out if.the issue persists.

Overall, very impressed with the service.

Wasp Nest
They were excellent and got rid of the wasps nest that had just begun, it had a queen inside. I would recommend them as they are friendly and sorted the problem very quickly.

Great service. Arrived quickly after giving them a call about a rat issue. Aiden came round and was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly did the necessary work to help us out!

I called them initially for what I first thought was a huge wasp nest. However, it turned out to be a swarm of honey bees. Helpful telephone conversation, easy payment, prompt attendance, friendly
helpful service and careful removal of bees for resiting.
