I have to admit I originally ordered these items from Amazon, and requested next day delivery. It didn't work, they didn't follow their own procedures and failed to make the delivery. I cancelled the order and found your website. You gave full flexibility options on where to leave the package if there was no one home. I was able to track the delivery down to the minute, and as it happened I was here anyway. I asked the driver what he would have done with the package if no one was home, and he would have followed the instructions I had given. Brilliant one day service!

Price was good, and the live capture trap is easy to set up. The trouble is that Jerry (sad, really, we've given the little fellow a name) has gone AWOL, as if he knew! There are no more telling traces, but we leave the trap close to his favourite hidey hole, just in case....

I have used these traps before with great success. I prefer to capture and transport mice, I'm a live and let live kind of person.

We also purchased the attractant gel, but we usually supplement this with a little something to sustain the chap. 'Pine nuts?' My wife's voice hit top A in disbelief. 'You are giving the mouse pine nuts?'

I was very pleased with the service from Pest Control Supplies the telephone was answered quickly and my order taken. The item arrived on time and now my Mole Repeller is working nicely in the garden , I just hope now that over the next few weeks it works and get rid of the mole or moles in my garden, we shall see!

Smoke bomb worked amazingly well to irradicate the cluster flies. The spray little less effective. Very efficient delivery.

I ordered a flea bomb and had a choice of 1st or 2nd class post or courier. I chose 2nd class (delivery 2-3 days which I thought quite good enough). Ordered on a Thursday afternoon, here Saturday morning. Superb service. If the bomb works (and I've seen good write-ups) but I need another one in the future, then I'll be straight on line to this company. Some companies take days to take an item off the shelf and shove it in a box and despatch it. Not so this one. This company delivers. Oh and it came superbly well packaged

I ordered a can of woodworm treatment on a Wednesday morning and 8am for next day delivery. I needed it on the Saturday morning and had ordered it to my work so when it hadn't arrived on Friday afternoon I was concerned and contacted the customer services. I was told that it was my fault and if I wanted to return the treatment, once it had arrived, the cost would be on me to do so. I finally received it on Tuesday.

These days, when so many companies have such good, responsive online customer service, I find this level of service unacceptable. I would have expected for the customer service advisor to at least look into my order and check what could be done, but there was absolutely nothing in the way of customer care.

Definitely wouldn't shop here again. Plus their online payment form didn't work first time.
