SAVE YOUR MONEY & BUY FROM MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY! Purchased July 2025. These worked well initially, and I was hopeful. Unfortunately, after about 2 months, 2 out of the 3 units stopped working entirely. They were plugged in continuously and nothing changed in my home environment.

I contacted Pest Defence and was told they would not replace or assist because I did not purchase the extended warranty. I would expect a product like this to last longer than a few months without requiring an additional warranty.

Based on the short lifespan and lack of support, I would not purchase again.

Issue resolved quickly by the lads at Pest Defence. Gave me a detailed run down of how and why I’d been having the issue and tips on how to stop it happening in future. Went above expectations!

We had a cockroach issue (ugh) and these guys were just brilliant.
- They identified the likely type via phone and email (and a photo I took) and clearly knew their stuff
- They were realistic about expectations and then overdelivered massively (i.e. this type of cockroach can't always be fully stopped, but in the end, they managed it)
- Charles was just brilliant on his visits, friendly, thorough and went above and beyond, visiting more than he had to, and most importantly, he got the job done!

They were value for money too, as though they were marginally more expensive then a couple of other places I looked at, I'm happy I went for them, as it did take a good number of visits to stop the roaches coming back. It would have ended up costing a lot more if I'd gone with the other providers.

I called Chelmsford City Council to get a wasps' nest destroyed as it was close to the entrance door.
The operative from Pest Defence who are the Council's sub-contractors, came on time, was polite and efficient. He explained what he needed to do and what precautions we should take for a couple of hours after the treatment he applied.
