Sany’s professionalism, communication and service was exceptional throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood the treatment and process (bedbug extermination), arrived on time (!!!), and was responsive to and accommodating of special requests. Treatment was just completed yesterday and it seems to have eradicated the problem- time will tell. His prices were competitive. While I hope I won’t need pest control again, Sany and PestHub will be my 1st call if I do.

I had a large rat discovered on the first floor of a house I rent out... I contacted several pest control services and Pest Hub London were both the most reasonably priced and simplest to deal with. They came quickly, assessed points the 'visitor' could have come in by, did several quick fixes and advised on further work to be done - as well as leaving poison and traps.
They did not ask for payment until after their return visit to check on the traps etc.
I was not on site - but communications was extremely good, via WhatsApp and with videos of issues.
I am delighted with the work done. And would recommend.

I had an issue with mice and called Pest Hub. Sany called immediately, and came on the same day to inspect the area and carry out necessary repellents, and subsequent follow-up visit to properly seal any entry points.

Needed steam treatment done as spraying was not working one bit! Sany was very understanding and explained all the options I had besides spraying and steam treatment was ideal as I did not want to use anymore chemicals due to my health.
