The company does not allow you to cancel your subscription without contacting them, and if you're lucky they will actually do it.

This company is only “laying it out” for us and that’s what we are paying for. For them to lay it out for us when really easily we can get pump and the solution ourselves lol. This company is made for the lazy people who just don’t know any better. That’s what you guys feed on. It’s a joke.

Tried Pestie and unfortunately did not work for me. I just wanted it for upkeep as I had just canceled my pest service and did not want to go a period of time without some sort of pest control. After not having the results (mind you... I did NOT have any issues prior to trying) I started finding random pests (beetles, silverish) I chose to back to traditional pest control with a company. I requested my account to be canceled on 12/28. I had a response from Pestie on 12/30 asking for a reason. I did not give a reason. On 1/10 I was charged again. After contacting them, I received an email apologizing and they stated that they could not refund as the product was shipped. I responded that this was unacceptable as I canceled in adequate time and they chose not to cancel my account. They said I would have to return the shipment. I should not have to wait for a refund due to their negligence in canceling after they acknowledge my request on 12/30. Beware when canceling, make sure they do. Their business practices are not kosher and they are sneaky.

This product is made of the highly toxic chemical, neonicotinoids, which has been banned in many states. It is extremely upsetting that Pestie used misleading advertisements and packaging to promote this product as natural. Please do not buy this awful product.

I recently had Rubal from Hire A Pestie come out for a full pest control service at my property, and I couldn't be more impressed. Rubal was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected our property and found pests in the roof that we weren't even aware of. He also provided valuable advice on how to keep the pests in check throughout the year. Rubal's soft-spoken nature and clear explanations made the whole process stress-free. I had a terrible experience with Pestie. The quality of their product is extremely poor and did nothing to solve my pest problem. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored or given vague, dismissive responses. On top of all that, canceling the service was a nightmare. They make it so difficult to cancel that it feels like they just want to trap you into keeping their ineffective product. I would not recommend Pestie to anyone. Save your time and money!

Horrible customer service. Been waiting for my shipment for 2 1/2 weeks, obviously it’s lost in transit as it has not been updated in a week and a half on USPS. However, they still expect me to wait to make sure it’s lost. In the meantime, my son has been bitten by a centipede and I have to keep the doors and windows closed at night due to the bugs in this heat and Hawaiian humidity. I’ll seek other alternatives that don’t require two shipping partners to try and deliver a single box.

Can't reach customer service. My sprayer doesn't work anymore. How do you change the batteries? My Phillips ones I have st home don't fit

I got Pestie a year ago and it did not work well for my place. Bugs are constantly present around, little black bugs and ants the most common ones. Dead and alive alike. I tried canceling and it does not let me, you have to actually reach out to them. How convenient that signing up is so easy and the cancelation is not available.

Doesn't work. I've never seen so many bugs! Does it attract bugs?!?!

I made my purchase on 7/22/24 and have yet to receive anything from Pestie outside of numerous marketing emails.

I reached out to customer service on 9/9 and again today and nada.

Needless to say, I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card company and don’t foresee me giving them another chance.

I ordered pestie, I then decided to get a professional service for the black widows so I didn’t end up using the product so I obviously didn’t request a refund however on the next subscription order I canceled it 3 weeks before it was scheduled to be shipped out. I sent an email and said I want to cancel my pestie subscription effective immediately I neeed it cancelled do not send me the September 9th subscription formula refill I thought I was good so then I see the pestie package in my yard they totally disregarded my email and when I called they said we thought you might want to try it again we sent an email with a video on how to use the product. Ok first of all I didn’t ask for a video I asked for a cancellation effective immediately and it’s been a week and a half and I still don’t have my refund email and they have yet to issue a refund even though I shipped their product back the same day which wasted my time and gas in the car to go send back something that I asked to be cancelled in the first place. I personally have let everyone I know and social media NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! To their response there was no confusion or miscommunication they sent out an order and charged my card after I canceled I have all my screenshots of the email that is timestamped. The issue is they think if they send out an order even if you canceled the subscription if they send out the order you will either forget to send the package back in time or just not send it out period they could really careless if you canceled trust me it happened to me it’s a terrible company!!!! In my opinion from my experience. Thank you

Found huge spiders hanging out right where I sprayed so I guess they don’t mind the smell and it doesn’t kill them. Honestly I’ve had better luck with vinegar in a spray bottle. Also customer service is awful. They answered my first email about shipping promptly then I sent a second email when I noticed the product wasn’t working that well and they haven’t replied. Surprise surprise.

My issue with this product is in regards to the quantity / volume you receive for the standard subscription. Based on the square footage of my home, I went with the standard subscription. I had to be very selective about where and how much I sprayed of the product. I felt like this was very misleading and inaccurate based on the company's provided information.

Been using product for over one year. Get my quarterly delivery. They email me when they are sending the next shipment. I have not seen a roach in the crawl space or house since using the product. Spiders are gone under the house as well. I do the foundation, under the house, kitchen , bathrooms all on 1 small two ounce bottle. First shipment came with the sprayer. I recharge the sprayer after every spray so 4 times a year. I am a DIYer when possible and anyone can do this, no need for an expensive pro.

The Pestie sprayer runs out of power after the 3rd or 4th use and they WILL NOT tell you how to change a battery or repower and will not send you a new sprayer, their customer service will not even give instructions. Terrible customer service.

I have used Pestie for about a year or so. After my last application, I still had ants all around the house perimeter. I contacted the company and got a quick response. They immediately sent out a solution that I applied and my problem was solved. Love this company!

Easy to apply and good stuff with hassle free payment.

Applicator does work out of the box, terrible customer service, and product doesn't seem to work either.

Didn't do one thing as promised. I canceled and only got my money back for the unused portion of the product. Go to home depot or Lowe's. I get something that lasts between twelve and eighteen months.
