Above and beyond the service. All sign of rats are gone within the second week. We were overrun with rats and had them as houseguests. Rob filled every entrance with wire and thoroughly checked routes and laid bait boxes. Genuine, hard working always with a smile.

An attic completely clear of insulation, a very competitive price, together with friendly and professional folks …. what more could you ask for! There was a mix of loose & mat insulation, plus loads of wiring, so far from an easy job, but the job was still well done right to the end, including a very thorough clean up. I can definitely recommend Pest Resist to anyone looking for loft insulation removal and/or installation
