Gr8 value and service! I’ve been using the fertiliser for a few months now, watering my indoor plants every couple of weeks. It’s pretty straightforward to use, though I do wish it came in a resealable bag—things can get a bit messy without one. It does come with clear instructions and a little measuring spoon, which is handy. It mixes fine, though I’ve found giving it a good swirl and letting it sit for a minute or two in the watering can helps it dissolve better.

Been using pestrol products for over 10 years…. Mostly the pest control range. Couldn’t be happier with the products and the website is great 10/10

Slowest service ever! I waited nearly two months to get my delivery (don't think I would ever have received it if I didn't keep messaging, checking for updates). They always say they will provide updates, but unless you chase them, they won't get back to you. The first delivery never made it to me - again, had to chase and chase to get anything done. When the order finally arrived, one bottle of outdoor spray was nearly empty - was told they would send another (after the first experience I didn't want to be waiting months), so requested a refund - of course have not heard a thing in response, after being told I would be refunded. I appreciate that when dealing with couriers, sometimes things (to a degree) can be out of your hands. They just don't seem to care that they are not providing the goods you have purchased. Would definitely never buy from here ever again. Ordered on 4/1/25 - arrived 2 days ago (damaged).

ordered surefire Fivestar insecticide from Pestrol Australia NINE DAYS ago and I have been checking the post office the last couple of days and driving there because I need this product urgently and it still has not arrived. I received an email only this morning saying they have sent it only yesterday, but yet the tracking number doesn't register with Australia Post when I went to track it?? . Poor service and unreliable. Not even sure if I am getting it because as seen in picture I have attached, Australia Post have not even been given the full details!! I won't order from these guys again. Now I have to spend more money buying something else today elsewhere and I needed this product days ago, really when I ordered it, but thought I can wait a week and fork out money for something else and now I have to do it again! I paid for 2 other expensive products which did nothing for my fleas and 1 was 5 litres worth from Pestrol to why I ordered another expensive product to try. I paid for priority dispatch on one of those products too and it took the same time to deliver as the one I didn't, (8days) so I was ripped off there too! Yet one time previously I waited 2 weeks for a product and if I want to wait that long, I will order through China, but I gave Pestrol Australia another chance and got ripped off with priority dispatch and then another chance and it came with in the same time as priority dispatch and now this, where I will have waited nearly 3 weeks by the time I get this now and I will have to buy other products today I have organised through my local hardware store yesterday because I am panicking this is not arriving any time soon yesterday and I was RIGHT! There are plenty of online shops which are of value and more reliable I will use from now on and so much for trying to stay loyal to one place and Pestrol has lost my business as I have 5 ACRES to try and control infestations and my home!

After waiting 3 weeks for my order, multiple phone calls and emails to them I have requested a full refund. Pestrol are now saying that a refund will take 5 to 7 days. I believe that they never had the product I ordered in stock but, they took my money. I will wait for the refund but will never deal with Pestrol again.

Everything I’ve ordered from them has arrived as expected, no fuss. My last order included a faulty product manufactured by a third party and after a straightforward interaction Pestrol sent out a replacement - this was a manual hedge trimmer which had parts that hadn’t been glued properly in the factory.
I’m very happy with their service.

Scam of a company. Product reviews are either completely fake or manipulated as my review was not displayed. Has taken weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. Not recommended.

Bought their bug free spray with the automatic containers more than a month ago and to be honest, cant see much difference in the number of insects in my house. Never received an email from them asking for a review, as they state on the website, so havent been able to review directly. I get the odd cockroach that looks like its a little unwell occasionally but the tiny spiders and endless cobwebs are laughing!!
It may have killed off a few bugs but not worth the money they charge.

I purchased a “exrterminator mosquito trap” and after a short time the light failed so I purchased 2 more bulbs which now have both failed. They won’t even replace the bulb. Lots of excuses but don’t buy this product and especially from them

Paid premium postage no tracking number supplied called emailed asked on messenger for tracking number 2 days later told id get a refund on express postage but still no tracking. Suggested if they can’t supply just cancel was then told no stock can I wait. 2 weeks to get product now after another month refuse to refund express postage as they “sent express postage “
