Awful company and a total scam. I ordered the ear coverings for my dog and it took weeks to get to me then when I wanted to return it was an outrageous cost to ship to China. And the customer service has been absolutely horrible, this is a total scam of a company

I agree with others about the shipping. Their wording makes it sound like it will only take 5 to 6 days to ship. There is NO mention that this is coming from China. The web page makes it look like they are a company in the US, My order came 3 + later after the 4th of July. I asked for a refund and was told they could give me 20%, but I would have to mail this back to China. Total deceptive advertising! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered an ear covering for my dog who is terrified of loud noises. I decided to order from this company because it promised it would arrive before the 4th of July. It has now been over a month and I have still not received it. They do not tell you that it’s shipping from China. I have contacted their customer service team and the only response I get is that “it’s making progress in shipping to you”. I will never order from this company again!!

I ordered the SilentWuff ear cover because it was advertised as helping keep dogs calm during thunderstorms, fireworks, and other loud noises. I placed my order on June 25 because the estimated delivery date was before the Fourth of July, which was the entire reason I purchased it.

When it became clear that my order would not arrive on time, I contacted customer service multiple times and asked them to cancel my order. My requests were ignored, and the package didn't arrive until July 8, well after I needed it.

I then requested a full refund and offered to return the item. After numerous emails back and forth, the company finally agreed to a return, just as their website states. What they failed to mention, however, is that the return address is in China, making the return shipping cost over $100 for a product that only cost me $34. That is completely unreasonable and should be disclosed upfront. Instead, they offered me a 20% refund, which felt more like an attempt to avoid honoring their return policy than resolving the issue.

Since returning it wasn't worth paying over three times the purchase price, I decided to open the package and test it. I put it on my dog and simply called his name. He heard me immediately and responded without any issue. Based on that experience, I don't understand how this product is supposed to block or reduce the sounds of fireworks, thunder, or other loud noises as advertised.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the missed delivery date, poor customer service, misleading return process, and a product that did not perform as expected, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
