I wrote in to P&P's customer service to see about a size recommendation since I was not sure which size would fit me best. They wrote back super quick with very helpful information and answered my many questions! I'm now eagerly awaiting my dress and can't wait to wear it! :)

As I have worked in customer service for many years….understandably I pick up on both good and bad customer service

Initially I was getting very frustrated but you’ve turned the situation around completely with a ‘Can do attitude’ please forward my thanks onto your superior for giving exemplary service to me…if you are the supervisor ….you are a good example to your employees!!!

Returns process was super easy. Ordered, received, sent back, received, re-ordered & received all in a matter of 3 business days! Unbelievable!

I had ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive prior to an occasion I need it for. After receiving the shipping information, I realized that I would not receive the dress in time. I quickly ordered another dress (with express shipping), and emailed Petal and Pup to see if I could get a refund on the original shipping. Natalie was truly so kind responded promptly to my email. Her wonderful customer service is why I will continue to shop at Petal and Pup in the future! Thank you to Natalie for your kindness, and great customer service!

First of all, Petal & Pup has a super user-friendly website for all of your online shopping needs or even just for browsing! I could spend hours looking through all of the beautiful clothing they have to offer and in fact, I have! I ordered the Lucas Dress and it's safe to say I wasn't disappointed. It is the most beautiful and flattering dress I have ever owned and I am obsessed. The quality, sizing and material were all perfect and I am so pleased! Not to mention, they have the speediest delivery. I ordered my dress on a Sunday and 2 days later it was at my door! Petal & Pup is absolutely amazing, I will be back! 🥰

Best customer service ever!! Indi is an angel and has represented her company beautifully. Will definitely come back and purchase from Petal and Pup again (once my post partum body knows what it’s doing with sizes 😄).

At first I was frustrated with shipping (not Petal & Pup) and after receiving a notification from Shop that my package had been delivered 2 weeks later, I was hopeful. But it had been returned to sender (forwarding address issues with US postal service). Petal & Pup did not argue or ask a million questions, they issued a refund right away with a prompt follow up email. Great experience compared to many other online stores. Looking forward to making another purchase and not having issues with the postal service!

I received my bridesmaids dresses today! So prompt and efficient considering my dressmaker fell through and the wedding is next week!!

Before I buy on-line for anything, I always check the returns/refunds/store credit policy of the company.
In this case I was fully aware that Petal & Pup do not usually refund.
I contacted P&P before placing an order explaining why I might need to have a refund if the dress were unsuitable. The ever helpful Shoshana understood my situation and provided me with a link should I need to return for refund. I'm delighted that the dress was everything I hoped for and that there was no need to request a refund, however, knowing that Shoshana had made provision for refund if needed made this an anxiety-free transaction ensuring that I will continue to purchase from P&P. I could not rate Shoshana's customer service anything less than a 10+. She is a great representative for Petal and Pup.

don't buy from this company. there are plenty of online companies that don't charge for shipping and return for an item. i paid $101 for an item but only recieve $82 back for the return. the dress looked and felt like a thick curtain.

Incredible customer service. I needed to cancel part of my order and was contacted within 24hrs, with a refund and new order confirmation.

Sonia was so fast to respond to my email and action my request. They are fantastic to deal with, easy to order and super fast at posting

Ordered and promptly returned two dresses to try for a wedding. They were ok but didn’t work. They have had my items over a months now and no return despite trying to contact them. Will not be ordering again.

I have only had the best experience with this store. I was unfortunate enough to buy some clothes that didn’t fit when I didn’t realise they had a no refunds policy. It was a large order but there was nothing else I wanted to exchange the items for. The lady who I emailed ended up refunding my order and being so lovely and understanding. They still have a human approach and understand that this is the way to keep customers. I have ordered more since then and always have a positive experience. Highly recommend!
