I agree with everything these other writers have said! I am currently fighting with them! HORRIBLE COMPANY! I too am calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they are giving me such a run-around! They want me to measure the sweater so that I am sure it doesn't fit. I tried it on! It doesn't f'ing fit! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I wish i read these reviews before i placed an order. Im sure if i ever receive my order the quality of the sweaters will be as what everyone is saying...garbage. Ive emailed them several times already, no response! Tracking info has no information! Saw this on FB ad, will never order anything from a FB ad again. What a scam!!

I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered. I ordered to sweaters. The quality is awful and doesn't look anything like the pictures. I've emailed twice and no response about returning. My next step is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

I have attempted to return items I wasn't happy with and Petalprim doesn't respond. It's the only way you can try to send anything back. The product looks great on the models. Product in person not so much.

The clothes dont look like they do in the pictures. They all smelled like plastic and I've washed them 2 times. The bottom of the sweaters look stretched out. Not flattering at all..very disappointed!!

I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for taking the time to share your experiences. I was gonna order about 8 sweaters cuz they looked awesome online, I've been scammed before by other companies and I KNOW what it feels like!! You've all saved me A LOT of time, money and headache! There has to be a way to get this company shut down quickly. Again thanks for the heads up!!

Do NOT buy from Petal Prim! Extremely cheap clothing, they took over 3 months to deliver my order and nothing was right! Either they sent the wrong item, the size was wrong, or the items didn’t resemble what I actually ordered! Very bad quality! From China, and horrible customer service as well! They are very rude. They ignore and negate everything. After ordering they said multiple items were out of stock. They don’t respond. This business should be shut down! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! Just aweful.

I wish I saw this site before I ordered from them! Their clothes are like rags! And they are arguing with me about returning them. Please don't order from them!

DONT buy from them!!!!! The WORST return policy EVER. Please!! You literally must measure your sizes before ordering because they WONT give you an easy time. You must prove 44 cm. Customer service is worse then the phone company. I’d give -10 stars

I ordered 3 shirts/sweaters totaling a little over $80.00. Very Very disappointed in the product quality. The website states a small has a bust line of 37 inches. One of the sweaters has a 40 inch bust line. There are not tags sown in the shirts to even know what size or who makes them. One sweater looks like it was crocheted by my grandmother and appears to have been washed several times because the color is so faded. While one shirt is WAY to large one of them is to small. One of the shirts looks like someone ironed it and scorched the material. Now that I am inquiring about getting a refund they are requiring me to send pictures and measurements with is totally unacceptable. Do not order from this company. Oh, and I have only received 2 of the 3 shirts that I paid for and it has been 4 weeks.

Bad company! First it took a month to get my order and then I needed to return a jacket and it has been numerous emails and BS to try to get a return authorization to do so. They want measurements of the item because it does not fit. I will probably never get my account credited at this rate the 30 day period will be up and I won't be able to return merchandise. No customer service phone number, everything done by email. DO NOT order from them!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! I wish I had read reviews first and everyone is accurate, cheap clothes and no return options, absolutely RIDICULOUS and a total SCAM!

Like all the other reviews, I too would give this negative stars if I could. After waiting a month, it took 3 emails to get a response & was told it would be another 7-10 days. I didn’t get my order until almost 2 months after it was placed. Then when I got it, one item had dirty grey spots on it like someone dropped it or wore it already. The other two didn’t look like they did online, were cheaply made and didn’t fit. I contacted them about returning & they made me send pictures & said there was nothing wrong with them. They said it would cost $35-$40 to return since they had to be sent to China. My total order was $73 so basically 1/2 the cost to return. They offered me a $5 refund (haha, this looks like their standard procedure) to keep them. What a scam, I wish I would’ve checked out these reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

I'm going them a 1 star, just because there is no 0 stars. So I placed an order with this company for 9 Sweaters. After the transaction happened, I still didn't get any info from petalprim regarding my order, so I emailed them. I got a response the next day stating that I should receive my order in a few days, not to worry. In that email were 3 tracking numbers, to which they never had info to track. A month later, and after several emails back and forth I only received 4 sweaters and needless to say, they look nothing like the photos and the quality is super cheap. I finally had to go to my CC Co to dispute the difference in the charge.

I recently purchased two sweaters from this company. Upon waiting many weeks for my order they finally came. The looked nothing like was what was shown on their website. After emailing this company to try and return items they have sent numerous emails saying “please donate the sweaters or give to a friend”. We will give you $5.00. The purchased price was $50.00. After corresponding with for the past 4weeks they won’t give me an address to return items and will only credit me $22.00. This company is in out of Nanjing City Jiangsu Providence China. The clothes are cheap and feel terrible. Don’t waste your money. Stay away from this company. You will be sorry

#BUYERBEWARE I recently bought some sweaters from PetalPrim.com from a FB ad and they sent me completely different items that were poorly made,

I sent the items back to the return address on the box and asked for a refund. Over the next few weeks, the company asked me for pictures of the product, shipping label and proof of delivery, all of which I sent to them. After all that, they refuse to refund me because I did not return the product to their China factory.

Do not buy from PetalPrim. Their products are cheaply made, they use bait and switch tactics and they do not refund.

Bad Company!! Beware they are scammers! Still waiting for my package.. I have asked for a refund but I doubt I’ll ever see that as well as my package. They’re just stringing me along. BEWARE of this company!

Update: now Petalprim says they shipped the package through FedEx instead of USPS.. they gave me a tracking number from both.. neither one has any record of my package.. still waiting for them to refund my money..

Update, Again.. reported this company to Washington State Attorney General Scam Division. I’m going to ruin this company!

I ordered three sweaters for my wife still have not received them after a month payment was received though of course and I blame myself for logging on to a pop up very dumb on my part this company is tremendously bad I cannot stress it further bad

Company is a scam , iteams not like picture cheap crap, and get no response for refund and return address is not available, stay away.....
