I have ordered twice from petcaresupplues and was totally satisfied. The price was excellent.
My first order took awhile to get here, my second order was quick.
I did call customer service because I ordered the wrong size, they fixed it immediately. I ask where they were located and he told me the UK.

I alway purchase my cats premium Seresto collar from Petcaresupplies.com. The shipping does take about 2 weeks, so be prepared for that. They are so helpful over the phone and the quality is top notch because they are the ones that ship them to the United States.

I have ordered from PetCareSupplies for several years and have never had an issue. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and their prices and shipping are very reasonable.

I find ordering from PetsCare to be prompt and timely. Prices are usually lower then the big name stores and items appear to be always in stock.

I ordered a Seresto collar. It took a little longer to receive (maybe due to covid?), but the price was excellent and the product was authentic. I plan to order again when I need another.

This is my 2nd time ordering Seresto collars for my 3 cats. The first ones lasted about a year. I also use the Frontline Plus each time I get a new pet, and this works just fine. I've never had a problem with any products I have ordered other than shipping takes a little longer, but it is free and tracking is provided to me.

3rd time ordering Seresto from this company and never a problem with delivery or with the collars.
We live in an area with lots of deer running through our yard and my dog has never had a tick on her.

Never had an issue I always check the box numbers to the numbers on the product they always match great prices fast shipping considering it's coming from the Uk keeps my dog flea free

They seem to be using a web site store front to do unauthorized credit purchases on credit cards. Their website sounds legit until you realize the call center is in the United Kingdom. whats strange with this? I am in the US.
The call center says they are Global store. I bet they are!, more likely a global scam, fortunately I was able to flag the charges(usually under
($100.00 dollars) and reverse the charges with my credit provider. They are using a similar website as the real store

Bought the Seresto cat collar for my outside cat, received it but the reflectors were missing. I contacted them and they told me that the reflectors didn't affect the purpose of the collar as far as protecting from fleas and ticks, which I already knew. I explained that I wanted the reflectors that were supposed to come with the collar for the reflective purposes since my cat was outside. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't offer the reflectors, which was not stated on the website. If I had of known that, I wouldn't have ordered it. They couldn't even send me the reflectors because they didn't have them, just the collar, which has places on it that the reflectors go. They offered a discount on my next purchase, I told them that I would not be ordering from them again. Bad business.

Ordered 4 days ago on a Monday. Their website says "guaranteed worldwide delivery" and "free shipping". Turns out I was charged shipping AND never got a shipping notification. Called them and the guy told me my shipment would be here in 28 days, then changed it to "10-15 business days". I told him I'd like to cancel and get a refund because I need the product much sooner than that and he said "oh, it just shipped a few minutes ago" and refused to cancel or refund. I asked for the tracking number and he said there wasn't one. So riddle me this. How do you "guarantee worldwide delivery" without a tracking number? NOTHING on their website says anything about everything coming from china. Very deceptive company.
