The products are exceptionally good but the packaging and especially the horrible Scotch tape they use to stop the bottles from leaking are unneccessary and nearly impossible to remove.The bottles arrived dirty because of the material they use for filling the parcel.

Due to negligent packaging (lack of fragile sticker, not protected inside the package), several products leaked and they still refuse to reimburse the damage caused. They have disappeared without response. They are not reliable.

Amazing hydration on my dogs. I love special one products
I ordered the Bio Energy Plus, Special One Aqua Dolce, Special One Aqua Rosa and the elements oil. I love these products so much I never want to use anything else on my Cavaliers coat. It smells amazing and best of all no hair breakage, no dander from dry scalp, just beautiful flowing hair for my Cavaliers. Now they look runway ready! I just wish the 5L and 10L pumps would come back in stock since I ordered in bulk. Seller communication was excellent. Thank you so much for recommending these products. Shipping was fast and the items were packaged very nicely shipped to me in the USA.
