The Peter Barry Chartered Surveyor Team were selected by my neighbours as I was about to build a wrap around ground floor extension. We agreed that Shaun Blake and his team David Brazier & Joanne Bartlett assist both parties attain the required Party Wall Award. The whole team engaged were absolutely brilliant providing timely responses to all my queries. Despite being engaged just before Christmas 2024 the PWA was achieved in a timely manner effectively on 6th January 2025! All parties were very happy with the service provided and would certainly recommend their services if required for the future.
The service was provided in a very professional manner via polite, courteous and respectful communication.

I needed a probate valuation on my late father's home. It was not a straight forward matter as the house was being sold at more than the probate value determined in 2022 by another firm of surveyors.
Steve Hobbs of Peter Barry understood the situation and prepared a valuation that was agreed/accepted by the District Valuer.
