Called peterborough dental hub at 4.30 today and got appointment for 6 pm and had a tooth extraction excellent service and the dentist i saw was olji and his assistant was very caring and professional from start to finish so no hesitation for using the peterborough dental hub in the future . Terrible. Money grabbing, greedy, inexperienced, neglectful individuals run this practice who do not care about their patients. Never go here. Nothing was done to help the pain in my tooth
I went as an emergency patient and found the whole experience excellent from start to finish. The dentist( a Notts Forest fan !) explained the procedure and alleviated any fears I may have had. Would fully recommend this practice.
I already have braces fitted (different clinic). Approached Reception on 2 different occasions and spoke with 2 different receptionists to quote for an adjustment (periodic wire replacement). Both times got quoted full price for x-rays+braces etc...even after showing them my smile. No attempt for clarification or anything; it was "take it or leave it". They seriously need to work on the customer-facing side.
