I ordered custom mugs for my wedding and was really disappointed with how they turned out. The print quality is very poor — the images came out extremely dark and blurry, which caused a lot of the details (especially in the faces) to be lost. The overall look is muddy and doesn’t match the original design at all.

There’s also a harsh, visible outline around the artwork that makes it look like a low-quality transfer rather than a clean, professional print.

On top of that, they messed up the printing by swapping the images on the sides of the mug from what I had requested, which was really frustrating — especially since these were meant for a special event.

Overall, this was very disappointing, particularly given that these were for my wedding. I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Communication skills extremely poor and not a reliable person. Never answers the phone nor do they return phone calls. Had issues picking up my order and got nothing but excuses.. They promised to drop my order off, but never showed up and never called. Again just a pile of excuses.. They processed a refund after I requested it...

I love the quality of the prints, but getting the job done took a couple of days longer than the website stated; I never received an email saying the prints were ready (despite being told one had been sent); I called and left a message, but no one got back to me; a follow-up question I sent by email was never answered; and the prints were very expensive, especially the $3 set up fee for each of the three batches of prints.

The quality turned out great!! It took about a week.
I got an email right after I ordered to tell me they received my order, although no specification as to how long it would take. I then contacted them and found out when my order would be ready. Possibly an ETF would've been useful but all and all, good service

The lady I contacted on Marketplace was quick to respond and answer my questions. Very efficient service! Great price. Easy to use website. Great looking puzzle/result. I would suggest to add a small box for the puzzle - as an option. Overall, I am very happy and recommend their service.

A great experience. Rob was super helpful and responsive when placing my order and making adjustments as needed. He provided a proof to finalize the order. The items were delivered on-time, and they look great...just what we had envisioned!

Stay away from this scam shop. Period. This guy can go to any extremes. Once he has your money you will be chasing him day/night for your order.

I got a quote very quickly. He understood what I needed and accommodated some changes after the quote was done without dinging me for them, which I really appreciated. He was great to work with!!

Poor communication. Several attempts to reach them went unanswered. Got the shirt 3 weeks later (too late!)

I was trying to contact about my order and never got a response. Wanted to cancel since order took too long and took them forever to email me back. On Nov 23 told me my refund will come in 3 to 5 days and it’s Dec 5 and still no refund. Their phone number doesn’t work and takes weeks for them to respond to email. Very not worth it.

This was my second time working with Peterborough Print. They were quick to respond, efficient, and the product turned out great. They graciously accommodated a rush order for me. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

I still am awaiting my order to be completed weeks after placing it, no one has reached out to me. I have emailed requesting an update on my orders status and haven't received a reply yet, am shocked to receive a "how did we do?" Email considering you have yet to do anything.

I’m upset because I wanted to use a local small business to have some pictures printed. I was told they would be ready on a Thursday then was completely ghosted (still yet to get a reply from the owner) I had to send my dad to his business where he was able to get 3 of 5 pictures I ordered (printed and framed) the owner told my dad the other 2 would be ready by end of day. No email no text no phone call to confirm that my order was ready. I finally just sent my dad in once again to get my remaining photos. I emailed, Facebook messaged, posted on their Facebook wall called and texted with no reply. It’s unfortunate because I love supporting local but I will not be using this business again. It all could have been solved by simple communication.

Bad prints, bad customer service, bad experience, cheap products, Zero accountability. And when they mess up the order they blame the customer and can't follow basic written instructions to make the order. Do not buy from this place.
