I'm sorry to hear that the Bamboo Rich Soft Top 5 Sock Pack wasn't quite what you were expecting.

Our Soft Top Socks are specially designed for those with circulation issues, diabetes or swelling, and do not have elastic in the top to help prevent them from digging into the leg. This means they can feel looser than standard socks.

If you haven't already done so, you are welcome to return any unworn pairs to us for a refund, provided you are still within our returns period.

The Softop Socks are specifically designed for customers with circulatory issues who will benefit from the non elastic and non restrictive top band. This can subsequently mean that they are not fit for purpose for every foot/leg type.
