- Full grain leather uppers - Genuine hand sewn construction - Stitched cushioned leather sole - Easy slip on fit - F fitting Not so much a shoe, as style icon. Loafers landed on that cushion sole in the 1930's, by the fifties they had become the "Ivy League" shoe of choice, later adopted by the "Modernists" of the sixties and now a classic that every man should have in his wardrobe. Peter Christian have faithfully produced an authentic loafer with hand sewn construction, full grain leather uppers, leather lining and comfortable leather cushioned sole.

Delivery and service was great

Ordered a size 10, as a 9 was a bit tight. Usually take a 43, so a 44 would have been better. The size 10 was very sloppy- just too big. Also the 'penny loafer' was so clunky and heavy that it could never be described as a shoe to lounge or loaf in. I expected the soles to be thinner and lighter. Unfortunately the shoes were returned for credit.
