What goes around comes around, so they say. And in the case of moleskin, they are absolutely right. Moleskin jeans are wonderfully soft yet so tough the fabric was once used to make work clothes for navvies. Which is reassuring if you fancy digging a canal - or you just want a pair of casual moleskin trousers that feel as good as they look.
No moles were harmed in the making of these jeans!

I ordered a size up and they fitted like a glove. Which was not what I wanted from something described as jeans. Double checked the sizing with customer services. According to their stated measurements I should have fitted into the 32 with room to spare yet here I was in a 34 which left nothing to the imagination. Multiple other customer reviews drove me to order the next size up in the first place. Whether the sizing is consistently or randomly out I couldn't say. Obviously some people must be getting what they want. Shame as the fabric weight and feel was what I wanted.
