Screen out bad reviews- misleading compa y

They selectively screen their online reviews. Their updated version of the leather jackets are absolutely terrible. Quality has greatly declined and you can tell they are cutting corners. The original i got was perfect no clue why they changed the make of it. I left a review 2x and they refuse to put it up on tje website. Wondering how many others are screened out.

Follow up: they refuse to put the review up stating it's false or misleading, it's not it is literally my review of the jacket. So they just ensure bad reviews are

Rude incompetent customer service, they DON'T care.

Rude incompetent customer service.

I did NOT receive my item.

Customer service is a nightmare keeps ignoring my messages and lost my parcel.

I finally received my refund, which took a long time, however this behaviour is NOT acceptable, Peter Manning NYC does NOT care.

After I received my refund that specific last item I selected came back online's listings.
