As a small business contacting this…

As a small business contacting this company to stock their ice creams I have been shocked and disgusted how I have been treated … Such an old company sadly has failed in my books. Even when I received a call back from a regional manager I was treated the same way extremely patronising and disrespectful

Danger Frosty Fruits.

We bought a box of frosty fruits and some of the ice creams had three sticks coming out of the bottom and the sticks also had splinters on them. Sent a email to Peters and never had a response. Buyer be carefully, open one before you give it to a child.

UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER CARE

We purchased a 24 pack of Drumsticks from our local supermarket. The use-by date on the pack is March 24 2020 but the ice creams are revolting: stale nuts, gritty ice cream and soggy cones. I contacted Peters who demanded all manner of extra information about the ice creams (everything but a copy of the purchase receipt) but refused a refund of the purchase price. The response I received form the company was extremely unhelpful and they haven't bothered to respond to my further email to Customer Care.
