Peters’ Cleaners has partnered with InPost to make proper dry cleaning ridiculously easy: drop off and collect when it suits you, without racing to opening hours. Behind that convenience is the same Peters standard we’ve been known for since 1963. We’re not a production line, and we don’t rush items through machines. Every garment is checked by hand, treated individually, and cleaned using the method that best protects the fabric. Our team includes specialists with decades of experience, and it shows in the details, from stain removal and fabric assessment to pressing garments back into perfect shape. We look after delicate silks, structured tailoring, occasion wear, vintage pieces and everyday favourites with the same care. Quality is our promise: every item is inspected throughout the process and goes through a two-stage quality check before it’s returned. Clothes come back carefully finished and protected. InPost makes it simpler to use us, but nothing about the craft has changed.

Thorough professional cleaning with a personal service
My very grubby down jacket was cleaned really well and looked immaculate. I have tried other specialist cleaners but they have never cleaned so thoroughly. The InPost process was simple and great customer service. Well worth the cost.

Using the inpost delivery option was certainly a new experience. You don’t meet Peters’ Cleaners in person, but you feel you have as they contact you regularly via messages. I never doubted the delivery, the cleaning process and the returned dress looked beautiful in the well designed packaging thank you

Items are always very professionally cleaned.
My only concern is why full payment needs to be made before the service is carried out. A deposit would be more reasonable. If there was an issue how easy would a refund or resolution be made.

We note your comment and want to explain that we moved to payment on drop off as so many people didn't come to pick their items up, even though we had incurred cost cleaning them. One customer refused to pay for their curtain clean as they had decided to change the colour of their room! We always offer a free of charge reclean and issues are extremely rare but dealt with professionally and fairly. That is why we have so many loyal clients.

I have used these cleaners for many years. Lovely staff and cute shop. Their work is always great and I have never had any problems. The only minor niggle that I have would be that their turn around time for some items is quite long.

Hi Maddy, thank you so much for your loyal custom. If you need a faster turnaround do ask. Some items (such as down filled jackets) take a little longer as we need to ensure the feathers are properly aired etc.
