Lots of room for improvement!
The community is great, the lessons are somewhat industry standard and there are a few language (& captioning) issues plus the presentation slides are riddled with spelling and grammatical errors which makes it hard to follow sometimes, even for someone with experience in Music Production and DJing. The Lessons can be a bit vague at times and the important parts I was looking forward to (navigating the industry & networking resources, etc.) Seem like an afterthought in the entire course curriculum.
Finally, I personally feel like the admin are self serving at times and not as responsive /diligent as I expected. The feedback and communication is far from the standard of a Professional Music Academy, and the constant changing of Online events / sessions is a huge disappointment, especially for someone with a busy schedule that has paid to be informed/educated at the convenience of others.
Finally, I do feel like a lot more can be done with the overall approach with the app/platform itself to make the UI/UX more friendly and efficient, but thats my opinion as a Design Professional.

The spelling and captioning issues are real, known, and being worked through by the content team; you're right that they undercut lessons that deserve better, and there's no version of this reply that excuses typos to a professional. On the industry and networking material feeling like an afterthought: that's sharp feedback, because navigating the business is supposed to be a pillar here, not a footnote, and the education team will see this framing exactly as you wrote it. Session changes we'll own too: a global calendar sometimes forces reschedules, but we understand that for someone planning a busy life around them, "sometimes" is already too often.
And since you offered your view as a design professional: we'd genuinely take more of it. If you're open to sharing specifics on where the platform's UX falls short, please open a ticket about that inside the help center of the campus.

Best journey so far
i started my music journey with the academy and learned so much things, in production, djing and mix & master. Started from 0 and now i can tell, by the things i achieved so far that i'm happy to be a member of this academy. Couldn't imagine a better scenario. Is not only a place to learn but also a place to share as a community and this makes it way more friendly than just watching videos online casually. It is so well done that i can tell no other places can do a better job than PTDJA

I have been scammed by Pete Tong dj academy. I have subscribed for the dj course, for beginner and after being charged for the price of 49euro (3 months) I never received any email with log in details and access to the course. nothing! I have been trying to reach out to the support team, no luck. they do not respond, except for the bot, which is useless. I am now on a dispute with my credit card issuer. Pete tong academy is a scam!!

For anyone reading: access details are sent automatically at signup, and when that fails our job is to fix it fast, refund included where a charge went wrong.
