Was sent a second order of collagen sticks that I had not ordered—something about a “auto order “—customer service helped immediately. I hope to continue ordering collagen sticks for my Lab as we need them—-she absolutely loves them !

Their ordering website on the chews is confusing, no more pop-ups when ordering, Just make it plain and simple ordering. Thought I was getting a package of chews, but then I saw the total charged to my account was over $100.00!! Took some time to get it all fixed, but they did work with me and I was refunded. I will not give them a bad review, I believe they are legit, ...just a small company, with not many employees, trying to make it in the overwhelming dog/pet industry. They just need a chance, and their prices are reasonable, and they do stand behind their products. The more they sell, the better they can afford more staff for the best customer service! People, help them build their business!

My dogs really like the chew sticks - keeps them busy for a while. I will definitely be ordering again. And customer service has been very helpful and friendly.

My dog loves these treats and they keep her out of my hair for a good 20 minutes each time she enjoys one of them. Orders have been quickly shipped to me. Also, I had a recent issue where I mistakenly selected to "subscribe" for regular shipments and Pet Expertise quickly resolved it via prompt response to an email.

very disappointing. one good thing I can say is my dog loved the Beef Collagen Sticks but she had it gone in about 15 minutes. I thought they were suppose to be long lasting. Not a good buy for the price!! will not recommend them to anyone.

Great healthy sticks that my dogs love and last a long time even with big dogs! I don’t recommend often, but I recommend these!

My dog loved the PetExpert Collagen Sticks!! The company sent out my first shipment quickly. Also
replied to me just as quickly when I had a question.

I put in an order on 11/12 for a custom harness with the expected production time of 4-6 weeks. After not hearing from the company for nearly 7 weeks I emailed support for an update on 12/28 which they promptly responded the next day that they were "awaiting tracking information" from their supplier and that they would provide me with an update shortly. I proceeded to wait until 1/10 to email support once again where today I was advised that their "manufacturer is asking if [I] can please remeasure the neck" of my dog as a measurement seemed off in comparison to my dog's weight. The odd measurement is my bad but I am baffled why it took them this long to tell me the measurement seemed off and needed to be redone. This is nearly 9 weeks out from when my order was originally placed and way out of the 4-6 week range they provided. I was hoping my money was not wasted but it was, sadly. These people are a total scam, avoid them.

My granddog Panda loves these chews!!!! Company is great and you immediate response if you have a question.

My GSPup really likes these collagen stiks. He doesn't choke on them like some of the larger ones where he literally swallowed too much and was throwing up. They seem to agree with his sensitive tummy. He literally prefers to take them outside and bury them for later. It's humerous. He know where they are located in the closet so after his dinner I ask him "where's your stick" and he goes to the closet.

I purchased dog chews from PetExpertise. I didn't realize that when I ordered the 10 extra chews for $1 that I was signing up for a subscription. I told them I did not want a subscription and they quickly cancelled my subscription and told me to keep the extra chews or donate them to a pet shelter. I was pleased with their quick response and subscription cancellation.

Fraud at best, started to sign up for a special promotion and before hitting purchase decided to do a review search. Saw the negative reviews but I had entered my credit card information before researching, never ever pushed confirm purchase and an hour later charged double. E mailed them no reply 3 days later. A complete scam. Out $60 so far

I really like the selection of toys and training equipment. Detailed descriptions and convenience. Also their customer service is superb! Will be returning often for more great and useful stuff.

Easy to order! Answered back my email questions I had about the product. Delivered in a timely manner. Said it could be up to four weeks but it was two weeks

Horrible! I ordered some things and they took a month to arrive. The worst part is they signed me up for a subscription that I didn’t order and there is apparently no way to cancel it. I followed the instructions to cancel paypal but I received another email that my monthly order is being shipped. Fraudulent company! Don’t order from them!

I have three dogs a 6 year old border collie, a 4 year old American Eskimo and a 6 month old Finnish lapphund. All three dogs like the chews. The older dogs "eat" the chews in a short amount of time. They then throw up. The puppy uses the chew as i imagined they were to be used and takes his time but uses the chew for a day then looses interest. I'm trying to find out how to cancel the autoship.

My brand new Ruff Land dog crate literally may have saved my puppy’s life at our first use. On the freeway in rush hour traffic the car in front of me slammed on the brakes. I did too, and then heard a loud crash noise and my pup crying loudly. Tha backseat back collapsed. Fortunately, it fell against the crate, and my puppy was safe. An ordinary crate would’ve been crushed. Without a crate, the pup would’ve gone ballistic. Thank you very much for selling this incredible device.

It took my dog 22 minutes to eat the whole thing!

I first had a subscription for the collagen chews for my Golden Retriever. He chowed them, ONLY when I was watching my daughter’s 2 dogs, her Golden & and her Husky mix. Must have been peer pressure, lol. I only have them for about 3 weeks spread over the year, so continuing the subscription made no sense. However, I did purchase an antler chew, and pay dirt, my dog loves it. So I canceled the collagen subscription and started an antler subscription.
Then trouble hit….that trouble was ME! Literally it took over 6 emails to customer service who did a champion job unraveling the mistakes I kept making in my emails to them. Over and over they worked to clarify my order. Somehow I ordered too many antlers which were the wrong size, which they figured out! Because the error was included in the subscription order, I was charged for the unwanted antlers. They immediately reversed the charges for me. Makes me always want to be a customer due to their great and consistent customer service. I’ll be digging more into the products they offer.

These came on time and I live in Alaska. At first my pups did not like them. I contacted customer service; they were very quick to reply and offer a refund. Before I returned them, I tried once more and my puppy took to them and loves them! I won't be returning. Good product and company. Ignore the negative comments :)
