"I recently had a frustrating experience with PetFoodCart. While making a payment for an unrelated service, their website popped up, and I inadvertently deposited money into my PetFoodCart account. I didn't even have an active order! The process was confusing, and I didn't receive any clear instructions on how to cancel the payment. I'm still waiting for my refund. Only joined company through confusing advertising on Facebook. Spoke to someone regarding this who have assured me my subscription has been cancelled but not before two payments were taken from my bank account. Unable to recieve refund as 'company policy does not allow, however have been assured by leaving this feedback will reverse that so here's hoping?!
Petfoodcart.com is a SCAM, do not fall for it.
Received an email from Shein, clicked on it and updated my payment details, the details landed in Petfood cart. I do not have a pet and I did not go looking for this website. They deducted $5 AUD from my account as a membership sign up. I contacted the business and ended up chatting to a BOT, it said that I purchased a membership and I denied, it then said they will cancel my membership, but no email was sent. Another $13 was deducted from my account.
I just cancelled my card and raised a dispute with my bank. It is so easy to get scammed these days, where everything in online.
