Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service! Called to check and the man I spoke to was able to answer all my questions without hesitation and was so helpful. I placed my order at 4.30pm Thursday and it was delivered Friday morning. I would highly recommend pet food club to anyone A++++

The order was dispatched on the same day as the receipt of the order (i.e. the order was received on 4th morning and it was picked up by Courier Post at midday on the same date). The tracking history shows that Courier Post attempted to deliver on the afternoon of 5th but was unable to do so. We trust future deliveries will be received promptly. You can place subscription orders on hold, postpone deliveries, reschedule future renewal dates/deliveries, change food and subscription frequencies at any time. The account dashboard allows many of these functions to be performed however we are happy to update them if you email the changes required. Thank you for your continued support.

I really like the convenience
I really like the convenience of the Pet Food Club but Dad is a bit over the constant needy email asking how well we went.

Order was supposed to be re filled…
Order was supposed to be re filled every 9th of the month. This month that happened to be Monday. Monday evening it was still being processed, tues evening, still not here.

Hi Callum, we are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive promptly. The subscription order renewed on Sunday was picked up by Courier Post at midday Monday for overnight delivery. It's disappointing that Courier Post failed to meet its obligation to deliver overnight. After receiving your email, the non delivery was escalated with Courier Post and feedback received during the investigation was communicated back. It's pleasing to note that the parcel was located and delivered early Wednesday afternoon. We trust courier service improves and future overnight delivery obligations are met.
