This Company may well be non existent

This Company may well be non existent. 50% offer for refund after reading a nonsense story . Stay away and if you have been done then contact your bank, they will ask for all the details, ord no. etc and what you purchased. Fortunately the bank sent a refund right away.

This it’s a scam

This it’s a scam. I’ve ordered dog food of £90 before Christmas. They emailed me and said I will get a refund but nothing yet. Today I’ve received an email from them saying that “ unauthorized individuals gained access to our financial systems” and they are willing to refund half of amount. Unbelievable!! How we can get our money back?

It’s a scam

I ordered dog food for £61.98. When the confirmation email came through, the billing address was mine but the delivery address was incorrect. I immediately emailed them. I have subsequently emailed them numerous times to 2 different email addresses, rung 2 telephone numbers and left messages, messaged them through their website and left a Facebook post. I have had no response. I have had to involve my credit card provider. I have been charged interest of £10.06. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
