Loyalty and a no claims history are worthless
Sadly loyalty and a no claims history is no good with pet insurance, the prices rise annually no matter. I advise pet owners to shop around every year, I also would say that insurance companies when renewal comes around to give their best price. Not give a price and when the owner declines and tells them a competitors price, they can better that price.

Dharshika and Nidesh provide fantastic customer service
Dharshika and Nidesh from the customer service team/online chat, provided a fantastic service and were quick to help me with my renewal, even going so far as to break down the prices and advise which one would be best.
I do want to note that upping a renewal by 50% is incredibly extortionate, but I managed to get a good deal from the above mentioned workers, so am happy to stay with Petgevity for the time being.

Great experience with Petgevity
Great experience with Petgevity. I’ve been with them for 3 years with their previous name Petsure. The price each month is affordable and beats any other insurer. The service is fantastic, fast and efficient. I claim for my dog Bruno who has seasonal allergies. I haven't ever had a problem with any of my claims.
I highly recommend Petgevity.

Shocking annual premium price increase
Fortunately I have not yet had to call on my insurance policy so I cannot comment on whether Petgevity is any use or not!
However I am not amused by the 33% increase in the annual cost of my insurance.

Although our pricing team work hard to keep our prices competitive at renewal, there are factors that can increase the cost. This will partly be down to whether there have been any claims, the age and breed of your pet, along with other things such as rising vet fees and increased underwriting costs.

All good so far...
All good so far in signing Teddy up for Petgevity, which was a very competitive quotation, but of course the main review which is more important than anything to any pet owner is how Petgevity respond to a claim...I'll keep you posted and update this review if we need to make a claim but let's hope that never happens..!
