Pet Health Direct offer a very efficient service. We recently purchased prescription medication for our cat that we needed fairly urgently and it arrived within a couple of days of purchase. Will be definitely using again 🙂.

I ordered something on 27th September, as of 9th October, still not dispatched.
Made numerous attempts to contact the company through email, phone call and social media and I've heard nothing.
