Non existent customer service
I ordered 2 tags (1 as backup) however only 1 has been received so far. This is fine if there was a mistake however I have now sent 3 emails and a Facebook message which have not been replied to. I'm currently out of pocket and although it only took 2 days to send the order I haven't received any response for weeks after my initial email.
The tag appears to be good quality however don't count on having issues resolved in a timely manner. I will happily update this review if my issue is addressed however this has been a bad experience so far.
